Conviviality, fresh produce, homemade and democratic prices: that's what the So Greek. Greece is on your plate TVA: BE0678.453.335
As a speciality this restaurant offers Mezze a la carte. Original but not really convincing and probably not sustainable. Our selection came with homemade honest spanakopita, tiropita and tzaziki. The calamari were fresh but they failed to convince. Same could be said of the meat balls which IMO were a bit overloaded with garlick. The restaurant offered daily suggestions and the staff and owners were welcoming and friendly.Restaurant was packed during weekday. The interior was a bit improvised but for a start up certainly adequate. We would rate it a refreshing Greek restaurant in the Mons-area with a good price/quality value. We hope they will further continue improving towards true excellency. Au plaisir, So Greekement Vôtre

We went for a late lunch at Maximeâs, the food was great and the service excellent. We have a young baby and itâs not always easy to find somewhere that can accommodate and doesnât mind. The waiter was fantastic, super friendly, polite & great menu knowledge. We ordered the mezze & a mixed grill; so much food, we couldnât finish it. It was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the assortment in the mezze. Excellent afternoon, thank you.

Had a wonderful meal out here with friends whilst on a business trip, we had great service and personal recommendations from Le Patron. The food arrived hot, fresh, I Had tarama which was homemade and wonderful. Great chunks of meal hot from the grill, kebab for me, chops for the guys. The Dolmades were tasty and the tadsiki was great too. All fabulous food, we were were all so full, but a nice complementary digestif was very nice gesture. Would recommend to all great experience.

The town of Mons is still under the influence of a deep industrial depression, although its Mayor Elio di Rupo (actual PM in Belgium) really tries hard to revamp it. This intro to mention that I was there for business, not for leasure. Staying not far from the main square of Mons, I strolled and found this restaurant, run by a very sympathetic team of former Greek people, now completely integrated in Mons.Food is typical Greek, well prepared and presented. A real surprise however was the carafe wine served by the restaurant, bought at La Canette (Brussels), the famous Belgian importer of class Greek wines, like Hatzimichalis, Merkouri and Lazaridis. At â¬11 the 1/2l, it is a gift...Add to that the typical hospitality of the Greek people and you'll understand that I considered it fair to report it to Tripadvisor.
