Although the fresh interior was promising, the new menu is very different.I think they aim for a less traditional Greek menu, more Mezedes (Tapas-like) approach.I expect they will attract a different group of people with that. Not sure if that's us...Thanks for your review...We are trying to overcome the standart "Greek" kitchen that is presented in Europe, and bring in more and more traditional Greek food, what we serve as Meze, what is more commen in Greece than meat and fries...I hope we will welcome you back, and impress you with our new setup..Greetings

Always a fun place and they spruced it up since our last visit in 2014. Seems brighter and more open.As always you start out with the requisite shot of ouzo to cleanse the palatte. The salad bar has all the basics to make a nice starter. The veggies were fresh, nice big chunks of feta and a good selection of oils to top it off.The chicken soup was okay, A bit thin but had nice big chunks of chicken. The side of bread was nothing special. The Thymeria platter, with chicken fillet, gyros, Greek sausage and ??? was enjoyed. I thought they did a wonderful job of the chicken fillet. Full of flavour and very tender. The souvlaki's were also nice and tender. The Greek sausage was okay and the shredded beef? was a bit dry. Good size portion of yummy frites.

This is the best Greek restaurant I have ever been. The owner and staff born in Greece, very good English speakers, very polite and helpful, fantastic food, everything excellent. I go to Brunssum for business 2-3 times per year an always go there to eat.

After reading the reviews we were hoping for an amazing meal. We actually got a good meal but not up in the 'amazing' category.Service was prompt and friendly throughout the evening, even as it got quite busy throughout the evening. The food was a bit slow coming out of the kitchen however. The chicken breast platter was very nicely done. The chicken was seasoned well and nice and tender. The sides were quite tasty (tzatziki, fries, rice). The portion size of the chicken was quite generous so we got to take some home for later! The pork tenderloin was okay. It was nicely cooked although a bit dry and not as nicely seasoned. The stuffing of feta cheese was good and the sides were also nicely donel.A good meal that might merit another visit in the future but not breaking down any doors to get there.
