Typisch - es gibt immer noch Leute, die glauben, wenn sie ein paar Holzbretter blau anmalen und blaue Kerzenhalter auf den Tisch stellen, dann ist die griechische Atmosphäre gegeben. Dass zusätzlich Gösser-Bierkrüge als Besteckhalter dienen, die Tische keine Tischtücher oder Sets haben, der Fliesenboden ausgeschlagen ist und die Pflanzen lieblos und vertrocknet herumstehen - das scheint dort niemanden zu interessieren.Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe für alle Griechen! Das Buffet-Essen ist kalt, lieblos, geschmacklos und eine Mischung aus Resteverwertung und gewollter Kreativität. Als Dessert werden z. B. geschnittene Palatschinken angeboten!Bestellt man a la carte, dann dauert es ca. 20 min, bis der Tarama-"Salat" (!) geliefert wird, das Knoblauchbrot ist beschmiert mit Tomaten und Unmengen an Oregano - fetttriefend - , von Knoblauch keine Spur. Der Schafkäse aus dem Ofen (eines der wenigen vegetarischen Gerichte) erwies sich als 2 Längen von einem Schafkäseblock, jeweils 1 cm breit und ca. 10 cm lang, dazu kleine Tomatenstücke, viel Ãl, viel Oregano und entkernte Oliven aus dem Glas! Und das zum Preis von ⬠6,90. Ein absoluter Nepp!Der Kellner bemüht, jedoch völlig unpassend, da Niederösterreicher und Aussehen wie ein Zuhälter.Alles in allem ist der Betreiber/Besitzer/Koch sicher kein Grieche, denn jeder Grieche würde bei dem Essensangebot davon laufen! In der Karte gröÃtenteils Schweinefleisch-Gerichte, die griechischen Klassiker fehlen gänzlich.

We went to Baden and came across this Greek tavern. My wife had a lamb souvlaki served with potatoes and I had pork gyros. Both the lamb and pork were lean and extremely delicious. Followed by traditional Greek coffee. The surroundings were typical Greek blue and white decor. The service was prompt and the waiter very friendly. The home made pita was excellent. This is a good lunch or dinner spot. The price was very reasonable.

Rather than having the usual fish platter or lamb I decided to give a go to something more traditional. The veggie starter with pitta bread was really excellent, and was followed by a great Moussaka (minced meat, melanzane, potatoes), also excellent. All in all another great evening
