Excellent food at affordable prices. My friend said the gyro is tie for the best he has ever had. As good as his favorite places in NYC. I had the chicken shawarma plate and it was tasty. They also accommodated my dietary needs. If you mention itâs your first visit they give each guest a piece of homemade Baklava. And since we are on the topic of Baklava... it was phenomenal. âAs good as you can get in Istanbulâ. A direct quote from a Baklava connoisseur. Enjoy. Great town. Kind staff. Also they dress the town up for Christmas and it looks like a Hallmark Christmas film set. Some of you will really appreciate this comment most. OH also as a benefit behind the restaurant is a park. Highly recommend a stroll both down the creek and over the walking bridge and driving bridges. Short walk and lovely scenery.... complete with chickens!!! Watch out as they tend to roam the parking lot.

This shopping center place sheds the cookie cutter center deli/restaurant the minute you hit the door. The owner sends hugs and welcome from behind the counter and you know you are getting great stuff as she hands you a sample of the daily soup and dares you to compare it to grandma's stuff. Our visit was a Ukrainian Borsch-oh my, melt in your mouth. Lots of sausage ranging from German to Eastern Europe. Shelves of expat foods from the Middle East to deep Kazak and all the way back to central Europe. The regular customers butt in and tell you what to get-great place.Prices are quite reasonable-some of the packaged stuff a bit pricey but where else on the Central Coast do you have a choice of five pates?

Although there are not a ton of healthy options, we gave into a treat day root beer float and we were just delighted by how nice the employees were and how fun the atmosphere was. We could tell little kids and big kids were loving he experience of eating their meals in a train. Rock N Roll Diner is super close to the beach and it's easy to grab something to go, if you're in a hurry, like we were.
