Balagan City is one of my favorite experiences. Located inside of a mall, this massive restaurant has something for everyone. There is a live theater production (we just saw a 20's version of Romeo and Juliet; Last year we saw a musical version of the grinch) witch is FANTASTIC! The singing, acrobatics, and pure talent is amazing to see and be a part of. After the show a band set up. They were so diverse and talented! We joined in the fun by going out onto the dance floor late into the night. If you are anywhere in the Voronezh area, visit this place!

I've been to this place at least 30 times! Great beer selection, good atmosphere. I like most of the dishes on the menu, and highly recommend the "rulka", though it is quite greasy and not for everyone. Also, their home-made "hrenovuha" (horseradish vodka) is one of the best!

Nice and interesting place where you can try local beer. Pils and Hell beer had DMS and dyacetile taste which is not good. But wheat beer and craft a kind of IPA beer was excellent. I didnât like the service because we had to pay for pils and hell though we didnât drink it because of those mistakes in taste.
