We are used to eating in fine dining establishments but Moro is probably the best restaurant I have eaten in ever! The service was fantastic-excellent English spoken with lots of humour thrown in. We were a party of 8 and were seated at a square table-at last a restaurant that realises that groups want to be able to talk to everyone. The food was amazing- unusual combinations of flavours that just worked together. The lamb dish was perfect as was the salmon teriyaki starter. As for dessert, I can't remember what it was called but it came in a glass kiln jar and we ate it as slowly as possible as we didn't want to finish it. You must visit before it gets too difficult to get a table as this restaurant is going to be huge. Thanks for your feedback! We're looking forward to welcome you back soon

The food was delicious and the atmosphere great in this very old inn. The schnitzel was super and the Leber Klosse soup yummy. Located on a very old side street in town. Definitely try it out

This resturant was perfect! We enjoyed a refreshing wine cocktail to start. Fresg bread with a creamy cheese spread was provided as we awaited our homecooked, made to order lunches. Pictures of our meals are posted. My fresh trout was amazing.....perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this local gem. The ambiance and food makes me speechless. I will return soon, and often!

Absolutely worth of visit. Nice interior and garden, good service and well cooked food. Don't forget to get the look at the golden donkey in the garden.
The 10 Best Things to Do in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Germany

Yes, right, âBerghausâ may be a bit of an ironic over-exaggeration. But indeed, this place exhibits the charm of a remote place somewhere in the mountains, and on good days it offers spectacular views over the Palatinate. And they do things right: The local food is basic but good, service is friendly and forthcoming. I personally appreciated in particular a child-friendly attitude.

Since I visited this place multiple times I will try to give an overall impression. Basically the ambience is quite cold and rustic. The food itself is quite basic, nothing special. Itâs more mass not class, price is ok and the staff is friendly.

Best European food near Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

This place has it all. In addition to the great food, it is also a mini hotel right in the heart of the Rhineland Palatinate wine region. You can literally walk out the door and into the vineyards. Features an extensive menu of traditional Palatinate foods such as leberknoedel, saumagen, etc. Also features flammkucken and is just excellent. Wonderful wine selection. Newly built but beautifully furnished and very cozy with a wood burning ceramic stove (kachelofen).

My husband and I had a very pleasant evening at Spinne in late October. The setting is in a most attractive cellar-like room. Our server was friendly and helpful. We had some of the seasonal specialities and they were really delicious, including a fresh "stone" mushroom pasta and a roasted fish on a vegetable melange that included parsley root (a vegetable new to me). We enjoyed one of the Christmann wines from vineyards in the village. This was our best meal on a 4-day visit to Germany!
