This is the restaurant next to the smoking pub. The food was excellent - and I have German mom to compare against. The menu is German and today I was lucky enough to be here for the white asparagus season. I plan to be back during my week's visit in Heide for work. There is a nice looking little beer garden outside. The entrance is tiny and deceptive but once inside things are nice. The server was super nice and friendly.

We loved everything about this casual, local restaurant. The seafood--especially the dishes featuring scampi--was topnotch. Service is smooth, efficient, and friendly. Make reservations as this place fills up fast. Locals and tourists alike will find something delicious. In five weeks of European travel, we are still dreaming about the four nights of dinners we enjoyed at Ralf's.

Seeing all the excellent reviews we decided to have dinner here. Like the maritime style.Waiter sat us down quickly on a table even though it seems they usually would only accept bookings in advance.Service ok - nothing to complain. We however never saw a team amongst all staff, no smiles, not much communication nor cooperation.Own Stoertebeker beer was nice.Now the most important in a steak house: the meat.Rump steak "medium well" and Filet "medium".Result: filet came basically well done and rump steak very medium, meaning pink, bit bloody.... Sorry but this is clearly not ok for us in a restaurant which specializes mainly on meat!!Side dishes (veggies, potatoes, etc) all good.The gesture to have a drink on the house is appreciated and a good gesture - still we would have rather much preferred to have our meat as ordered....Maybe a bad day for the chef? In case we are back in Büsum, we would give it more more try.

The fish was very fresh and tasted great. Also the location is very good and staff is friendly and fast. Prices are absolutely reasonable. We enjoyed the meal a lot and would come again.

das Essen in der Jägersburg in Elpersbüttel ist gut und reichhaltig, auf die Bedinung kann man schon mal längere Zeit warten, wenn man kein Stammgast ist, soll man sich wohl das etwas ältere Inetrieur ansehen ;-( - bitte nicht von der Tageskarte abweichen und ein Gericht von der normalen Speisekarte bestellen - dies dauert dann noch länger

Die Südermühle hat nur an wenigen Tagen in der Woche geöffnet. Ihr Wirt ist ein Unikum. Auch wenn man seine Ansichten nicht teilt, sollte jeder das Restaurant besuchen. Es gibt zum Wein Kleinigkeiten, aber auch schmackhafte Küche. Nichts Besonderes, aber es schmeckt. Das Ambiente ist sehr rustikal, der Location, einer Mühle - wie der Name sagt. Es ist gut für eine Gruppe, die gerne bei einem Glas Wein plaudern möchte und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Die Empfehlungen des Wirts gehen gelegentlich über die Angebote des GroÃhändlers Hawesko hinaus.

This little bistro is a good spot to enjoy some oriental food. Good, value, good service they even do deliveries in town. The Pizzas are good and have a decent sice for two people to share. The falafels are super yum and you really should try their lentil soup!You can eat there, or get your food for takeaway.the place is small, clean and kids friendly. It has been a while (2012) since I ate there but looking forward to eat there again.

I stayed in the hotel, but the restaurant deserves its own review.It's a cosy atmosphere and quite busy. The food is plentiful - don't go for 3 courses, you won't make it !You will not be disappointed in whatever you choose as it all looks and tastes excellent.

Well the place's interior could be better from style point - but this we don't judge here. We had veggie nut roast and cabbage roulade. It was pretty ok and surely not this standard vegetable casserole drowned in cheese and hollandaise. Unfortunately the vegetable side order was cooked to death and the oliv selection starter was from the supermarket. We claimed both and they accepted/apologized. Well give them another try eventually.

Came here one evening when staying at the Zur Linde Hotel across the square.Very good food, and good service, typically Italian !Good selection of dishes, I took a recommendation from the waiter and was not disappointed Didn't take Mastercard or Visa?? but there was a cash machine across the square, so no big deal.
