Things to do in Lingen

Prima!

This venue is nice centrally located across from the old Rathaus at the central Markt square. They have a nice diverse outdoor seating (terrace) both along the facade and more central on the square.I ordered a nice Strawberry icecream coupe from the picture menu and in reality it looks even better than the picture! Flavour is just as expected, excellent! And it's huge!!Gotta love it!Service is friendly and fast but they are not obnoxiously disturbing you as you are enjoying the visit - still they are close by when you need them and keep an eye on you. Great!
Absolutely a good choice fore those who like to try something others. The restaurant has a very good concept which means there have a fix amount of a certain dish and there change to another dish if the there is sold out. Which means, there change the menu card on a regular base depend on the demand. Fantastic! The dishes are always fresh and deliscious and fare away from standard. The restaurant is like a sunshine on a cloudy restaurant sky.

So this is more on the grown-up-side. If you're looking for a good drink without having a bunch of teenagers running around, this is the place to go.It's right in the city center, offering a fine choice of craft beer, gin and some cocktails. Don't expect too much - there's still things like Tanqueray and 10-year-old Laphroaig on the menu - , it's not super fancy, but they do have great staff and a nice atmosphere. The cocktails we tried where of good quality. Would come again.By the way, I'm not sure why this is listed as a restaurant, but it's not. There's no food, but a few nibbles.

We found this restaurant close to our Apparthouse Lingen where we stayed for three nights. Our dinner was delicious enough after long drive through Poland and Germany. We were fond of meat in Balkan style and local beer.

I always go to the "Green Hunter" when am in Lingen. All food is good. My friend from Texas likes the monster burger (go figure). I like "the impostor". They have live music on occasions.
