These weary travellers from Australia were treated to a night out with a bunch of German friends. They had got together and booked ahead to order the Schweinhaxe, pork knuckle for the rest of us. This is the specialty of the house. A number of large knuckles were served up to fee our table of twelve, so we dutifully carved into them. Fantastic meal, one of the memories we will take with us from Europe. Served with a bunch of sides this was really a treat for us carnivores. If you are nearby, make the effort.

On the advise from our hotel we visited this establishment and found it to be very good. We all ordered something different so we could taste each other's meal and none of us were disappointed! The beer was great and the service was good. No one spoke English when we were there but we got by just fine. I would definitely go again!

While holidaying in Bavaria we decided to meetup with a few friends in the afternoon at this nice restaurant Gasthof Zur Schoenen Aussicht (translated: The Nice View Guesthouse). The waitstaff are all friendly and professional making us feel welcome at this nice family owned and managed restaurant/guesthouse.We started with a nice local beer and enjoying the nice view of the Alps from our table. There after we selected some godies from the Ice Menu (Eiskarte) to enjoy.Please check out the restaurant website if you are interrested to see the lunch/dinner menu with local gourmet food and speciality.

It is always a good idea to have fish from the local lake. Service by local young Bavarian girls dressed in traditional dress was friendly and good . Many local cyclists stopped here for lunch which is added confirmation of the overall culinary experience. Highly recommended.

Wer hätte ein Thai-Restaurant in einer Schule vermutet. Nachdem wir es endlich gefunden hatten, waren wir von der Ãrtlichkeit überrascht. Der Gastraum gemütlich und die Terrasse schön und ruhig gelegen.Die Essenauswahl ist groà (vor allem Sushi). Die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut. Glücklicherweise kann man den Schärfegrad bei der Bestellung noch beeinflussen und kann somit die ganz Fülle des Thailändischen Essens genieÃen.War zwar das erste Mal dass wir dort waren, aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal.

Locale caratteristico e molto frequentato con cucina tipica bavarese. Abbiamo gustato ottime 'wiener Schnitzel'. Servizio pronto e cordiale; abbiamo condiviso il tavolo con altre due coppie, com'è generalmente costume in Germania e Austria.

Great choice on the menu to suit most tastes. Limited wine list but fantastic Ice Cream menu & everything well presented. Mains are good value and good sized portions.

Wir waren vier Leute, das Essen war ausgesprochen gut. Auch die Weinauswahl lieà keine Wünsche offen. Dass es keinen Cognac gab, konnten wir verkraften. Die Atmosphäre im Lokal war sehr gemütlich. Nur leider - die Bedienung war alles andere als nett. Sie hat uns den ganzen Abend verdorben. Wir werden also trotz des hervorragenden Essens nicht mehr kommen.
