If you've been having quite heavy dinners and for a few days just wanted a "light" sandwich whilst walking around Trento then I would recommend this place. The porchetta is delicious with perfect crispy skin, wonderful fat, salty tender pork slices and rosemary salt herb seasoning in a panino.The suppli and arancinis are also delicious and appear home made. There is not really any seats indoors but this is more a takeaway kinda place or quick bites but what delicious bites they are!

Great place to stop for abundant, tasty and healthy food in the center of Trento. We had a burger, focacca and a plate with an assortment of salads, and all were hits. Very reasonably priced Tuscan wines by-the-glass which might be difficult to find elsewhere in this region. Very good value for money. Will return.

The restaurant is situated in the basement. There are several small rooms, all nicely decorated in an nice modern/traditional style.The small (approx. 25 dishes) menu changes daily. There are only Italian dishes on it. Some specific for the area others more general Italian.Food is of high quality and very nicely presented. The staff is professional, friendly and always willing to explain what is what.The grilled sliced beef was the best we ate in years. Cooked to perfection with a subtle barbecued taste.Dear Herman,thank you very much for your genuinely kind review. This place is modern and spotless with a relaxed ambience. We went in there on a hot day (air conditioning inside, phew...wonderful) and asked for a Spritz of some sort. The handsome barman recommended a Spritz Hugo...now you go there and ask for one too. Delicious!
