Just arrived in St Nazaire feeling very hungry.Visited this lovely restaurant and took the 2 course menu option. Lovely blinis with prawns and avocado, and Cesar salad. Just so fresh and lovely. Mains were Mediterranean fish and pave. Again, all fresh and very enjoyable. All finished off with a coffee. Great service and overall and a lovely lunch.

On a recent trip through France we had an unforeseen detour in Saint Nazaire due to a flat tire. We stumbled upon La Brasserie du Port. The staff made us feel very welcome and was very attentive. The food was good and the owner/waiter made us feel like very valued customers. Only drawback is there was a trash can on the patio dining area that was smelly. Other than that... good place for a quick, tasty bite for lunch.

Grande salle de restaurant agencée avec goût. Du personnel souriant, avec un réel soucis de satisfaire les clients.Des plats et salades vraiment sympa pour un prix très correct.Un choix de boisson très large.Très bon rapport qualité/prix.C'est lieu idéal pour boire l'apéro entre amis, profiter du happy hour en jouant à la pétanque ou au palet.

We only stopped for coffee, but we are very picky and the coffee was perfect. Thank you to the staff member that persevered with our lack of French (although I tried!)...Nous voulions seulement café mais nous sommes trés pointilleux et le café était parfait. Merci au membre du personnel qui a été patient avec nous. Notre Français est terrible (Nous sommes de l'Australie)

In the centre of St nazaire, staff are very friendly , was there when they had a special event the ambiance was great .The food is great , products are fresh and typically french.The restaurant deco is very cute ,very well decorated.If you want a taste of authentic French food.I highly recommend Le huitème restaurant.Thanks for your lovely message !!!
