Lovely ambience to the whole place. Past colonialism meets future food excellence. We were met with a smile and helped to outdoor seating overlooking the growing sugar cane. The facility is not just a restaurant but also a Rum distillery. Obviously the pre-dinner cocktails had a rum theme. We had a beached Mojito and a rum Negario. Both tasted great. Food was a high quality. Prawns with seaweed and veal/tuna for starters. Both very good. The mains were even better. Kingfish wrapped in bacon. And duo fish. Oh my word. The taste of both was lovely. Great job by the chef and the staff. This is a MUST visit place for anyone visiting the Seychelles.

We have waited 20 minutes to our order to be taken. Then after 30 minutes we got drinks. After another 10 minutes of waiting they have told us that the dish we order is out of stock. So we waited across 50 minutes and left hungry at the end. Wouldn't recommend that place to anybody.

In stark contrast to the rest of the Hilton Seychelles Northolme Hotel, the Les Cocotiers restaurant was disappointing. Unfortunately. The food was mediocre and the fish was tough. There are much better dining options in nearby hotels and restaurants in Beau Vallon.
