Gourmet restaurant, fine and varied cooking, friendliness and cosy atmosphere. Terrace from May to September. Open from September to June.
We have eaten at most of the restaurants in and around Les Carroz and this is our clear favourite. Excellent food and an interesting menu - the typical Savoie dishes, but other choices too. The children's menu is also very good and thoughtfully put together. The dining room is cosy and there is always a warm welcome from the owners and staff.Dear Tedandosc,Thank you for taking time to share your experience of our restaurant and thank you for your excellent grading. All our team is highly honoured to be your "favourite in les Carroz". We are very pleased that you appreciate our warm welcome, our cosy dining room, our interesting menu with a varied choice, our excellent food and our thoughtful serviceThank's for your fidelity to our restaurant.Looking forwards to welcoming you soon again.Muriel, 04 50 90 36 93, apo74.fr

This is my third visit to the restaurant, and it was great again. The place is beautiful. Worm, classy and with a very welcoming atmosphere. The service was most professional. The food, from start to end, was excellent. The self-made smoked salmon was delicious. The meet for main course was just great and the desert looked like a piece of art. I have been a few times to la carroz and the villages surround it. To my opinion, this is the best restaurant in the area.

The Milk Hotel restaurant opens onto a south-facing terrace, at the foot of the slope of Les Carroz, with a healthy cuisine based on fresh & mainly organic products. At lunchtime, you will find a laid-back atmosphere with the dayâs menu on a chalkboard: h
My Dad was staying in Milkhotel, he loves it there and stays every time he is in Les Carroz. We had breakfast in there every day, eggs, bread, the most beautiful home made jams, tea, coffee, juice etc. There was a good variety. The dinner was incredible, every day was different with wonderfully cooked meals that tasted amazing, pork, veal, steak etc. I could not recommend the food more! The staff there will do anything they can to help you and are so friendly, they have a fantastic selection of wine and are able to give recommendations when you aren't too sure what you like (me!). I would recommend eating in here, staying here or even just stopping by for some après-ski as it is on the Timalets slope down to the main ski gondola - great location!

Nestled in a picturesque village of Haute Savoie you will not miss this former coaching inn from 1885, ornate and decorated in a Savoyard style face Diosaz Gorges and 10 minutes to Chamonix with its view of the Massif Mont Blanc. Whether you come alone, i
I reserved here based on TripAdvisor reviews and wasnât disappointed. We opted for à la carte as we werenât that hungry though there are fixed price menus for around 36 and 48 euros. We ate outside with a view of Mont Blanc and ordered the chicken with tagliatelle and beef filet with a potato millefeuille, both tender and very flavorful. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake and the citrus mousse - the latter was a bit too sweet in our opinion. The owners of the hotel/restaurant were incredibly courteous and helpful. The only slight inconvenience is that they do not speak great English and the menu is in French (but we speak a bit of French so we got by just fine). We will definitely be coming back again as the surroundings are beautiful and the location is strategic for either hiking, skiing or visiting other nearby places like Chamonix or Annecy.

We went here for my partnerâs 50th, and she is vegan. I was amazed at the care and attention given to us to make us feel welcome. This place was not only able to make an amazing food for the vegan, but all other meals were top notch! When asking the waitress about local wines she fetched the owner and he recommended the perfect bottle for the meal. Loved it! But the topper of the whole evening is that we forgot a phone on the table and the waitress ran down the road to return it to us. That is what I call FULL SERVICE!!! Amazing!!!
