This restaurant far exceeds any restaurant I have ever visited. I dine in high end restaurants often and this one is unlike any other I have experienced. From the service to the extraordinary work of the chef, we were treated like royalty. My husband is a food connoisseur and has traveled and eaten at some of the most well renowned restaurants and he said this was in his top ten. The food and its presentation was amazing-interesting, unique, and the taste was extraordinary. Our server, Sergio, provided for us the best service we have ever had. He helped us curate a unique, divine meal and was so helpful in guiding our family in their meal choices. Simply phenomenal. THIS amazing and memorable is worth repeating as much as possible.

Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food at Estalvi is INCREDIBLE! I am a vegetarian, and it's so vegetarian friendly, and the food was honestly some of the best I have had, especially in Spain. Combinations so unique and so perfect. I wanted to have my starter salad for desert too, as it was that amazing. A huge thank you to Victor and his wife, who is one talented chef, for such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return over and over again, even if we have to drive 35 minutes every time. Wow!

We had a lovely meal on our first visit. The starters were brilliant croquetas de gambas rojas, and croquetas de bacaloa. We had lovely steak for mains (entrecote) beautifully cooked. The second visit they had no entrecote so suggested we shared an enormous rib which looked lovely but we ate very early in the evening and my steak tasted of Barbeque fuel which completely spoilt it.

In the main the restaurants in Xeraco are only open for a couple of months in the summer and not necessarily open every day (I know as I have been coming her for 20 years). I have walked past this restaurant many times but tried it as so many others were closed on a Monday in July. The food was very well presented and good. Burgers excellent - no soft buns that fall apart when you pick them up. Saw lots of other food coming out of the kitchen which was nicely presented. Service a little slow but worth the wait. So much better than many other restaurants in Xeraco. Will definitely come back.
