The tuna avocado tataki appitizer set us up for a fall; it was a great balance of textures, including crumbled, deep fried salmon skin. Unfortunately, the rice for the beef bowl was under cooked and the rice for the chiraishi was too wet. Some thing that should never happen in a Japanese restaurant. Needless to say we went away disappointed and unsatiated... Went for breakfast yesterday, as it looked really good on trip advisor. But left feeling very disappointed. I ordered the bacon, eggs, sausage & beans ( greasy spoon they called it ). Iâm sorry but if you are offering a cooked English breakfast, & give the customer a single very small bit of bacon, you are taking the p**s. The only reason that this didnât get a one star, was the fact that the sausage was brilliant.What a mug saying id be stabbed for this in the UK dont threaten me bruv come here and try ill take the chive from you and open you up.How dare you threaten me because you cannot read a menu, wrong person . I spoke to my staff about this review.You came with wife or GF she had omelette and ordered extra bacon. She loved her meal.You ordered set menu 3 which comes with 1 Bacon, others Set menus come with 3 bacons and some dont have bacon.There is also a choice to, 'build your own' where you buy individual items or add to your set menuId be stabbed please come try, i beg you. Aya street is a Latin restaurant (and one among many sprouting up in Bali) which has an interesting set up - a very casual outdoors overlooking the road with a slightly more chic interiors. The menu isnât very expansive (can be a good thing at times) with the regular options of tacos and ceviche plus some Asian stuff like wasabi flavored tuna tartare (PS: Peru has a big Japanese community). The mains had fish, truffle quinoa, nasi goreng etc. They had a buy one get one offer on cocktails. The margarita was great. The tuna tartare had everything going for it. The main was great as well - I got the barramundi which was smoked in an chafing dish and that was the highlight of my meal. The fish was served with some other seafood and a creamy quinoa. Skipped desserts but wonât skip this place the next time Iâm in Bali.

We visited the restaurant as an extended family of 6 including my 10 month old granddaughter. We ordered drinks and the dumpling tasting selections. The dumplings were the best we've tasted - absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Just stayed at the Courtyard for a week where we had a lot of meals at the Seminyak Kitchen which is situated within the hotel. The food was always brilliant with a lot of options. But by far the best was the steak we had tonight. (5th November) we were served by the wonderful Maria who is the loveliest person sheâs couldnât do enough for us, she was so attentive and very fun to have looking after us, even teaching us how to say a few words in Indonesian that we were attempting poorly! She was so organised, happy and helpful.
