After having several very heavy meals of âauthenticâ Czech food, we were so happy to eat at Sova. The atmosphere is light and bright. The duck liver pate with onion jam, pumpkin soup, duck salad with figs, trout with carrot puree, goulash soup were not only beautifully/artfully presented, but delicious and light as well. The âpearâ dessert with mousse was especially lovely. Thanks fellow travelers for recommending Sova to us. I would like to mention that the staff was so accommodating and nice after we arrived on the wrong date. They were able to seat us without making us feel badly in a nice alcove. Absolutely brilliant BBQ, do not miss out. Would recommend reserving as we didnât and almost couldnât get a table. We were accommodated at the bar and fortunately got a table not long after. The sharing menu gets you ribs and beef with 3 sides so covers most bases. The beef brisket was probably the best Iâve ever!Service was brilliant and prices even better. Enjoy!
