Visited this eatery with a group of work colleagues who had eaten here regularly. We are visiting Plymouth so it was new to us. The food and ambience is outstanding. Sharing platter starters were great with local meats and cheeses and the pork chop and champ mash was fantastic. Huge and beautifully cooked! Great value for money!

Creative, interesting and tasty food, welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. 2-4-1 cocktails before 7pm is an added bonus, the Elderflower Collins was yummy and refreshing. The Egyptian cauliflower was amazing, my husband really enjoyed the seafood platter and mojito lamb was gorgeous, our salads were dressed really well and very tasty. We’ll definitely be booking another date night here again soon. Would highly recommend.

Had a pre theatre meal here . I can only assume as it slightly further away from the theatre that's why it was busy as it certainly wasn't because of the food. This was really good ,certainly recommend

Lovely place off the beaten track in Stoke village. We arrived at 6 so the restaurant was quiet. The restaurant is clean, tidy and neatly laid out. The rest rooms are also spotlessly clean. The staff were so attentive and quick to see to our needs and not just on arriving but all through our meal. The wine is reasonably priced for a restaurant. We had starters and mains also the poppadoms and pickles. The pickles were very different not what you would expect but tasted brilliant. When the starters arrived they looked too good to eat, stunning and tasted as good as they looked. When the mains arrived they were again lovely and as we like to share there was plenty for all. Over ordered on the rice so if you dont eat a lot of rice share between two. The nanns were light and fluffy. Will definitely return the whole experience was excellent
