Columbia is a census-designated place in Howard County, Maryland, United States, and is one of the principal cities of the Baltimore metropolitan area. It is a planned community consisting of 10 self-contained villages. It began with the idea that a city could enhance its residents' quality of life. Creator and developer James W. Rouse saw the new community in terms of human values, rather than merely economics and engineering. Opened in 1967, Columbia was intended to not only eliminate the inconveniences of then-current subdivision design, but also eliminate racial, religious, and class segregation.

My wife and I took in a movie and enjoyed a lovely dinner afterwards. We had the stuffed lettuce wraps and pork dumplings to start, the Mongolian beef and filet mignon for the main entree. The device was very good and our server Eugenia was excellent. Definitely make a reservation We'll be back again.

My wife and I stopped in to the Asean Bistro on Christmas Day without reservations. A wonderful lady found us a table for two, and Boy, were we lucky. As the restaurant was beginning to fill up, we were given probably the grumpiest server they had. This hardly put a dent in our enjoyment as the food and drink he brought to our table, more than made up for his shortcomings as a server. We ordered a Tiki Puka Puka drink, an order of Shrimp Toast, one Pad Thai entree, and an Mignon Mustard entree. Total Bliss my friends!

Authentic Indian Cuisine -Light, Healthy & Delicious. Open EVERYDAY for Lunch & Dinner
There are several Indian restaurants in Columbia, and Mango Grove is up there with the better ones. Their buffet offers unique choices you don't find at the other Indian places. There were cold and hot and spicy and milder options. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. If you enjoy Indian food, Mango Grove is worth a visit.

Crepes and waffles ,sandwiches Coffee and special drinks like smoothies, bubble tea Breakfast and brunch
Enjoyed a late lunch here in this moderately priced cafe. This is a small place in an open air shopping mall, serving breakfast and lunch. There are many varieties of both sweet and savory crepes- the savory crepes can be obtained as sandwiches too. Service was fast - no one else around, probably was because we were in the cafe on a rainy Thursday within an hour of closing. Reasonable value- good quality ingredients. Around $8 or $9 for a crepe .
