Fusion Art Bar & Tapas is a quirky space in the heart of Cairns. We specialise in good coffee, fine wine and great food (focusing on smaller share plates). It has an industrial, up cycled and vintage look with old exposed red brick walls and high concrete
By far one of the best restaurants in Cairns and have only discovered it just now. The food is amazing! And I can only recommend for everyone to try everything! The sprouts are delicious as well for the haloumi! Everything was so good. Laura was serving our table and she helped us so good and knew so much about all the food. Definitely will visit again!

We went there on a monday night and it was packed. They took our phone number and gave us a call when a table was free, abut half an hour. I had the OMG scallops and they were excellent.
