Whenever we travel, we always like to try new vegan restaurants for my vegan daughter. This little place did not disappoint! We each had a deluxe burger that was very filling, fresh and tasty and shared the potato wedges that had this amazing sauce on them to compliment the potato. The food itself was very fresh, wholesome and delicious. The service was fine and the food came quite quickly even though it was fairly busy. There is a delightful feature wall in the back that we really enjoyed staring at the whole meal! Great food and would definitely recommend for a fair priced , healthy vegan meal.Thank You!!!!!

Modern Thai food with sharing concept. We want to bring the taste of Thailand with the help of local ingredients. Food is made fresh daily.
very nice and friendly atmosphere in this THAI-BELGIAN fusion cuisine restaurant.the friendly and extremely efficient KANITTA managed all alone the restaurant that night but one could not say so: quick and freshly cooked dishes, complete and accurate welcome to customers and, last-but-not-least a great surprise when tasting the food. Thai and Belgian-European merged together in an excellent way. This is a must-try!

Gastronomy with a smile, the essentiels, no fuss.
Wanting to spend a quiet night out with my husband (first night out after the birth of our children 8 months earlier), we were very disappointed of the large table that was next to ours making us feel even more stressed when returning home. Although the owners canât help that this table was obnoxiously loud, I would expect from a michelin starred restaurant that these size of tables are put in a chambre séparée. We did get apologies from the staff and at the end of the dinner another table in a more quiet area was offered, but it couldnât help us of having a less than optimal experience at the restaurant. We received this night as a gift, which makes it even sader. Dear Guest,Very sad to read your review and even more sad that you had a less than satisfactory experience at our restaurant. As you stated, fellow guests are beyond our scope of control, we have had tables of three or four guests which dominated an entire room and we had groups of eight to ten who were quieter than a table of two. Unfortunately we cannot predict the behavior of our guests. To give us a two star review based solely on this criterium is in my mind very harsh, especially since our front of house and kitchen team all worked very hard to make sure that you had a more than great meal and a good standard of service, like we do for all our guests. Despite of this less than good start, I sincerely hope to see you again in the future. Best regards, Philip Jeukens on behalf of the dEssensi team.

Smooth and Tasty is centrally located and surrounded by other restaurants. It's near the photography museum and the modern art museum and not far from the river. The black and white interior is soothing for the eyes. Pleasant seating. The restaurant was full on this Saturday night, so I think it makes sense to book a table on weekends. All the food was fresh and delicious. They let you know beforehand that there might be a bit of a wait, but we did not have to wait long. The portions were just right in size. For dessert we all had some variation of ice cream: three scoops for each of us.On most nights you can park for free on at least part of the square.Unsual (in a favorable sense) is that some of the dishes are Belgium and others Thai. I expect we will come back here.
