Discovered this amazing French Cafe and Crepes / Bistro when on holiday recently on Waiheke. Walked in to hear staff all talking to each other in French. The cabinet was beautifully presented but we choose crepes, which were delicious. The coffee was excellent as well. Obviously this little place is popular with regulars from what we observed. Would love to sample their evening menu and sit in the garden out the back.If this little place was in Auckland you'd never get in the door to order as the queue would be outsdie on the footpath.

Our point of difference is our Coffee! We use organic beans and organic milk! Beautiful Chiasso coffee! We serve a variety of café food such as muffins, scones, quiches, sandwiches, wraps. But the difference is that most of our products are organic! Our q
We often used to go this cafe (under another name) when visiting Waiheke. It now has new owners, and it seems to be a vegan style cafe. Food was certainly not to our liking and we will not be going back there. We serve Eggs and bacon, we even have a Galette with bacon, banana and maple syrup! If you don't like this, I think you might be a Vegan in disguise!Plus we offer Croque Monsieur, a famous French toastie with ham, béchamel and cheese...We catter for the Celiac with our amazing Gluten Free quiches and Home made Gluten Free Wraps. Yes, some of our dishes can be called Vegan as they have no animal products. But is that bad, really? Plus we make a terrific Golden Latte, a warm and healthy drink made with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper and honey which has become a favourite amongst many locals! So please be gentle with your comments as there is a great team behind this new establishment who cares...Namaste
Vintage food caravan serving the very best in sweet and savoury crêpes and galettes. Using as much organic and locally produced ingredients as possible and prepared right in front of your eyes. Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan options available.
Just before getting on the ferry back to Auckland and the airport, my friend and I stopped for a coffee. I saw I Love Crepes right next to the coffee shop. One look at the menu and I hoped that there would be a vegan option. The owner and chef, Keerti Ji, assured me that his crepe batter is always vegan and promised to set me up with a healthy breakfast for my long day of travel.I had a lovely chat with Keerti while he made me a delicious crepe - fresh avocado, rocket, tomatoes, basil and garlic, plus a drizzle of tahini at his recommendation. The result was a hearty and healthy crepe that was like avocado toast but way better! Very tasty and satisfying! I hope to return my next trip to Waiheke Island - and highly recommend this place for a delicious savory (or sweet!) crepe!
