The head restaurant situated in Laguiole, France inherits the unique gastronomic philosophy and world view of genius chef Michel Bras. As the first branch ever to be established, Michel Bras TOYA Japon opened its doors in Toya, Hokkaido, Japan in 2002. On
it felt like the real Bras experience in Laguiole - few years ago. the consistency of the Bras philosophy and the mastered experience by GM Guillaume was a great pleasure and experience. The dinner is at the highest level of French cuisine - influenced by the best products of Hokkaido. Quite a delicious match. Service from Guillaume at its best - fun & knowledgable!

They offer delicious breakfast sets, croissants and a variety of fruit juices. We dined facing a snow-filled scenery!

This is my favorite restaurant around . It is a hidden gem and I worry if people find out about it , it will become crowded. But if you are close by and want to eat well then this is a definite visit! Booking is necessary for dinner.
We just drove here because of bad weather in Nieseko. We went for lunch to the tappenyaki restaurant. The food was very good but having now travelled for longer, it was a very expensive meal for what it was. Service was impeccable.
