This small, but lovely restaurant is located in a nice, typical french environment and the inner and outer space is furnished clean and modern. The decoration is also very nice. You feel, it is a special place made with a love to details. The service is superfriendly and quick, and the food is just excellent. My family and I ordered a variety of things and every bit just tasted absolutely awesome. We ate in many restaurants in the area and unfortunately many restaurants turned to burger and pizza places over the last years. We were were happy to enjoy this dinner tonight and we can say it is the best in the area so far. Compared to the other restaurants, the value for the price is also hard to beat.

Restaurant with Panoramic Terrace on Lake Soustons. Restaurant between Earth and Sea with Fresh products and home made.
Had to look for a restaurant at very short notice due to the incompetence of the restaurant staff at our camp site. This restaurant turned what was a disappointing night into a very enjoyable night. The food was excellent as was the service. The staff forgave both our pigeon French and the fact we had a three year old in tow. They were friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend.

We visited this newly opened restaurant after having been here in previous years under different management. We found the service to be excellent, with lots of advice about everything from the Belgian beers to the local produce. The food was also excellent, and we had a very memorable experience. We would be happy to recommend Ostagai to anyone!

The best restaurant of burgers and toasts, a team that welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere with Australian decoration. We are waiting for you at the edge of the marine lake. Have Good day, from the Brooms crew!
We visited Le Brooms on the 17/08 for lunch and had such a nice time we ended up staying for 4 hours. Prior to visiting we had been to the Labyrinth Popcorn and our sons wanted burgers and as this had good reviews and a deck for our dog so she could join us for lunch we made the journey and were not disappointed. This is a small restaurant run by a delightful French lady and her team. We were lucky enough to get a table right on the edge of the deck where we could see the bay, relax and the children could play without disturbing others. We arrived at about 1:30 and Madame apologised to us that there would be a half an hour wait but we werenât in a rush and wanted to enjoy this beautiful setting. The menu has a cool Australian twist to it and offers a wide choice of meals plus some really nice, different drinks. My son fell in love with the Bundaberg ginger beer which was alcohol free & was so nice the whole family had to taste it. The beer on draught was good and sitting on the deck sipping our drinks we felt like we were on holiday. The burgers were amazing and we were not disappointed. The presentation was excellent and the fries hot and crispy. We had a side order of chicken wings with an oriental style dip which was also very good and perfectly cooked and not greasy. We couldnât manage dessert after the burgers but the coffee was good. The childrenâs menu was excellent value and our sons demolished their meals.Le Brooms is well worth a visit for a leisurely lunch and we are definitely going back for more before our holiday ends.

The menue is amazing, and the people so kind and lovely, just few local specialties with amazing taste, great menu, everything absolutrely delicious in a quiet lovely garden in the middle of asparagus fields, near lake and ocean. Gluten free was no problem.

We had a great dinner: the food was delicious and Alain the owner made us feel very welcome, so much that we had to come back the following day.

A fabulous restart with fabulous food, the chef is really talented. The service we received was second to none, our hostess (who was on her own) attended to our every need, very friendly, she catered for our table of 10 on two occasions for two birthdays, just wish this restaurant was in England.

We came here on a night we couldnât get into a restaurant down the road. There were just a couple of folk in which wasnât a great sign given everywhere else was busy. Anyway...We started with drinks, I wouldnât recommend the Mohito, not good at all.We moved to wine and got a good bottle of red wine at a very good price. We then ordered a variety of tapas which was very good indeed, with the Coeur de Canard being stand out. The service although uncomplicated did what they should do and so in the end it was a surprisingly good visit. It was also good to see that later in the week, it did get busy.
