Every year, when we finish up our canoe camping trip in La Mauricie, we stop at Chez Ben's. Every year we get the same thing: cheeseburgers and poutine and they are always excellent, the portions are generous and we are served by very friendly staff. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated.Merci toute le monde chez Ben's....keep up the good work!

Stayed here on a two night package including dinner. The room was very warm and had all we needed, clean bathroom, large television screen.Breakfast was excellent both mornings, dinner was just okay. The soup wasn't piping hot, salmon tartar was ok, lamb good, duck good and chocolate dessert great.Attentive service from polite staff

We stumbled onto this restaurant and had a very enjoyable meal there. The inside seating was a little noisy for our liking, so we sat outside where it was very nice, watching the people and cars go by. They do not serve wine, but we happened to have a bottle of California Pinot Noir in the car. I seldom order veal, but the cutlets were very good;my husband had grilled salmon which he said was delicious. Prices were very reasonable, and our waiter was glad to practice his English on us!! I highly recommend this restaurant.

A very nice and popular place with great options for a brunch. I had the Benedict eggs with smoked salmon - cooked perfectly and nicely displayed.

Went back again, and still loving it. Every single mouthful -- from the appetizer, soup, main course through to dessert (and what desserts!) -- offers an explosion of taste. Everything is home-made with passion and skill. Delectable! There were four in our party, and all agreed: Les Goglus is truly a gastronomic delight. Make reservations because it's a small space, featuring quaint, eclectic décor.
