This gorgeous spot is well-worth the short taxi ride from the airport. The couple who run it are charming and were extremely patient with our halting French. Between them, they understood enough English to walk us through the menu. Everything was fabulous and the cheese course to die for. A larger selection of top-quality cheeses to chose from than at most cheese stores even in Paris. The deserts were great too.An unexpected delight and rare find near the airport.Be forewarned, though, a taxi from a deRoissey hotel will start out at the airport so you'll have to pay for the travel time between the airport and the hotel in addition to the ride to the restaurant. We paid about 20 euros each way in total. That said, the meal was less than half the price of a comparable meal in Paris so it was still less costly than dinner in Paris. And both food and wine were great from start to finish.

near the CDG airport you can find a lovely restaurant where we serve a french cuisine with fresh products and you can enjoy our terrace on sunny days
Scarcely a runway's length from the heart of Charles de Gaulle Airport, this cozy little restaurant is a surprising and sophisticated establishment. The area around the airport is a rabbit warren of one way streets and the vestiges of a community that was here before the airport. A community that hangs on, despite all the airport paraphernalia, massive parking lots, modern hotels, warehousing facilities, etc. deserves our admiration and praise-especially with the high standards of this little auberge. The cooking is creative, tasty and fairly priced. The service is efficient and friendly, and for those who need it, they have an "English menu" and a waiter who can cheerfully translate for you. If the weather were better, you could even sit outside in a small courtyard! There is a small parking lot half a block away, and some street parking, all likely to be filled. Good luck. It is worth finding-a welcome antidote to hotel culinary mediocrity.

No choose for vegetarians at all. It was a disappointment to see the menu. Long time we wanted to visit it and came there to be disappointed.Bonjour Edelveise.

We found this restaurant as we were looking for dinner close to CDG airport. So, itâs not really close - about 25 minutes drive, but the place is a real find! Super tasty food, good service and not expensive too. Highly recommended

The location of this restaurant could not be worse. Hard to reach because of the tortuous one-way system of this Ile-de-France borough, it is even harder to find parking once you get there. But the rewards of this foolhardiness include food that is simply sensational, and prices that defy the laws of Economics. Food as art carries the risk of persisting hunger. Food as surrealist art even more so. Not here, where appetite as well as all five senses will be amply gratified. Since our first visit several years ago, the staid conventional wood-dominated décor has been upgraded to glass, steel and ceramic The space seems to be somewhat larger, and the wait staff much younger and less competent than previously. But the food remains as imaginative as ever. The 41-euro menu buys three courses ( choice of 4 for each) plus a fine selection of cheeses, unfortunately badly presented and poorly explained by our waiter. The complimentary extras included an amuse bouche (Lobster and goatâs cheese raviolis in a creamy mustard sauce), and a stunning pre-desert (a glass of frozen white-chocolate mousse). My entrée was billed as a crème brulee with Burgundy snails and garlic, and was flamed with cognac by the resident arsonist. My wifeâs comprised three perfectly plump scallops on a crunchy cheese biscuit topped with a luxurious cole-slaw of beetroot flavored with passion-fruit. For the main course, I selected the snowy-white cod-steak with exquisitely crisped skin, placed in a crunchy buttery leek-tart along with diced onions and tomatoes, and accompanied by a sauce of anise. The breast of chicken coated with roasted almonds chosen by my wife came with girolle mushrooms, a chestnut sauce, and a delectable range of tiny vegetables. Two spectacular deserts, the pinnacle of the confectionerâs art, followed: a crafty mélange of fried pineapple, passion-fruit pulp, and a mousse of rum and dark chocolate; Paris Brest --- a donut of choux pastry sliced to provide a âsandwichâ of almond and hazel-nut fourre, and a side-portion of carmel ice-cream. A trio of delectable gourmandizes concluded this feast. An important tip: if you do drive, arrange to stop outside the door and seek help with the parking; they know where, and you donât. Bon appétit.

We just popped in for lunch because it was close to place we are staying at and didn't expect anything extraordinary. But this place is awesome!!! We had the best mushroom soup ever and the other meals we tasted were amazing too! Staff was also very nice and helpful. We are definitely coming back soon!!
