Incredibly superb blends of flavours and so fresh ! Really high level quality cuisine. Very friendly service and nice outdoor setting. Probably our new favourite in Vaison!

LâOustalet is a âhouseâ that stems from a shared passion between Famille Perrin, a family of winemakers and Laurent Deconinck, a Chef. Located next to the restaurant in Gigondas. It is a mix of contemporary and authentic style at the heart of our Mediterr
Simply a flawless service. The food is thoughtful, flavourful and intricate. For top restaurants, its easy to focus too much on plating. While the plates here are gorgeous, the chef obviously focuses on flavour first. Serve with super professional while still being warm and friendly. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. The outside patio is charming. The staff friendly. The food superb and wine list deep and eclectic.

This is a small local restaurant in the medieval quarter. Not very easy to find but well worth the effort. Lovely food, limited seating, booking ahead recommended for their âhome style menuâ. Just perfect for a family or friends lunch.Dinner not served. A must be there for a visit to Vaison. There are plenty of restaurants catering for the tourist visitor but La Caillette is a gem and inexpensive.hithanks for compliments..... happy to saw you in the restaurant thierry

In the heights of the medieval city of Vaison la Romaine, under the vaults of an old stable of the XII century and in an intimate setting, Chef Philippe Zemour offers a delicate and tasty cuisine where local products are subtly highlighted. The Bistro du
very pleasant ambience in a renovated stone dwelling inside the old fortress city of Vaison. Food on the night we dined very slow in arriving, perhaps due to the presence of large tourist groups. Noise level was very high. Overall, a bit disappointing given the price and ambitiousness of the menu. Perhaps a second visit is needed....

Located at the foot of the old walled city of Vaison la Romaine, we offer a wide variety of Tea and coffee. We serve breakfast and lunch on our terrace and in the rare case of rain, inside. On Tuesday afternoons we have live music performances for tea-tim
The salads and tarts are superb and the deserts to die for. There is coffee roasted in the shop and a huge variety of teas--various blacks, greens, herbals, and more. The owners are delightful, friendly, and multi-lingual. A great place to get started exploring Vaison, or a place for a nice break.

Easy to find in Sablet just off a main roundabout. Abundant parking and a large outdoor terrace. We were here for lunch on a warm day. The menu features a fish and a meat meal du jour but most other things ala carte are available. There is an amuse bouche to start. One of us had the fish, which tasted fresh even being far in land. The accompanying vegetables were very nice. My partner ordered from the ala carte and the dish was a highlight, beignets of langoustine with some beet salad. We had glasses of a local white, which was quite OK. Desert which came with my fish meal was fine. For approximately 50 euros, it was great. Service was friendly and efficient. We will be back.

One evening we passed this lovely restaurant and decided to have our last holiday dinner here and I am happy we did. Sitting outside was really lovely and when the dark settled in nicely arranged colourful lighting cane on - very tasteful. The menus were very interesting and the food gave great hope for the future. Already today it was very good but the taste lingered for a short while only - room for improvement. Staff was well educated and knowledgeable about food and drinks and attentive. This is s place I would love to revisit on a monthly basis as I feel there is so much potential - well worth a visit.

Had lunch with friends last week. The restaurant is in the village with a lovely terrace. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were excellent however the food was disappointing especially the Veal which was very dry. On paying the bill we advised the lady in charge and received no apology except the usual comment 'I'll tell the Chef!'.Maybe they were all just having a bad day.

We came here for dinner on the night we arrived in Seguret, after going for a drive for much of the day. It was Monday, so many restaurants were closed. We arrived early, hoping to get a table before the later reservations showed up. There was nobody in the dining room, and they told us they were full, but we were free to eat outside. Normally, that would have been good, but this evening was a bit windy and cool, and there were some rain showers. They did bring some blankets to keep us warm. We watched the main dining room. A few other people showed up while we were eating, but there was no time where the place was full. I really felt that they could have agreed to seat us inside if we promised to be finished by, say 8:00 or 8:30 pm.The food was good but somewhat casual, which was fine. The wines were local, good value and tasty. It was a nice dinner overall, but marred just a bit by being stuck outside.

We were recommended for this restaurant by the owner of the hotel we stayed. It is a restaurant attached to a small hotel/gites, rather a new establishment. The surrounding is beautiful, and the owner is very friendly. Food was also enjoyable, and very reasonable price.
