As a Sonoma County local, this is one of my favorite restaurants. The cuisine is French and always good. It is a small, charming, cozy restaurant with great service. They have a great wine lists and many of the French classics, such as escargot, cassoulet, and crepes. During the week they have a prix fixe dinner menu with a set price that is a very good value.

We went here for dinner and were delighted. It is a very casual, very informal place with great food, spectacular wine, and friendly and great service. I had the duck gizzard salad and the duck breast. Both were wonderful, although the duck gizzard salad was a meal in itself. I could have stopped there, but didn't, and was glad I didn't.In spite of the fact that this place features Walter Hansel wines, it also has a pretty good selection of beers and non-Walter Hansel wines. I had a beer to start, which was great, but do yourself a favor and have some Walter Hansel wine. The Walter Hansel red wines, all pinot noirs, I believe, are really good and are priced right (after eating here I bought a case). A wine that costs $40 retail costs $65 here, while it would cost $80 - $120 anywhere else.

Arriving late to the hotel, this was one of our only late night dinner options available. Menu was very simple. Tried to order the burrata cheese and asparagus app but they said it had been removed from the menu- nothing else offered in its place. Someone with us ordered the fish tacos- you get two and the fish was fried. This was not obvious from reading the description. Another person ordered the adult mac and cheese but it was pretty dry. I stuck with the hamburger- bunless- thinking it would be a safe option, but it was just so so. If you are in a bind and arrive late- it will do, otherwise there are better local options.
