Had a bad breakfast, ask for Huevos Rancheros that came out uncooked over a greasy tortilla. Uncomfortable chairs that i had to leave after 45min. Price Vs Quality is not balanced, i think it has overated score on trip.We are terribly sorry for your experience; our intention is always to provide the best experience for our customers. When something is not as you like it we will gladly fix it right away. There is a reason we have the rating that we have, it is because what happened to you does not happen often, it is not because people give us ratings we donât deserve. We are a local business operating for the last 22 years. Once again, my apologies. We are very thankful for the fact that you took the time to tell us what we did wrong in regards to your breakfast. Regarding our terrace chairs, we are aware (now) of the fact that about 20% of our costumers do not like them and find them uncomfortable, the other 80% like them just fineâ¦. We are traveling to a factory in México City and will replace all 60 chairs by December (not a cheap feat!) Some customers ask for a different chair which we gladly bring from the inside dining room. I sincerely hope you give us an opportunity to redeem our selves. Thank you again for letting us know how we can improve.

I've been going since it opened, i found the place to have a great atmosphere plus it has a very different taste in the meals served...last time i tasted the briochels sandwich wich is my new favorite meal in saltillo (a delicious home made bread fille with roast beef and with a cheese sauce all above it) <3will be going again today :)Gracias por tus comentarios!
