Spoke english, very warm friendly and accommodating, most others were local- but we were not made to feel like an unwelcomed tourist. Portions were large - American style but with French attention to quality and detail. I loved this night - we could have stayed there forever but had an engagement at Versailles for an evening concert. WELL DONE MERCI!!!!!

This small restaurant is in the middle of the village and when we visited it was the first night under new ownership, therefore any reviews written before July 2015 are irrelevant. The service was professional and friendly and I liked the fact that we were not charged for mineral water. We started with terrine of rabbit which was very good and mackerel pate which was fine. The slow cooked beef with potato 'lasagna' was good as was the cod with a vegetable 'lasagna' although unfortunately one end of my fish was oversalted and inedible. Wines are very reasonably priced and the final bill a pleasant surprise.

Delight in a masterful feast for the senses at our Michelin-starred restaurant. Exquisite French cuisine by chef Frederic Larquemin is served against the backdrop of the park of the Chateau de Versailles.
This restaurant was over the top. From the staff of waiters to the exquisitely presented food. No rush, but rather a true dining experience.... served slow and graceful. The specialty foods between courses were delicious assorted sorbets in unusual flavors, that truly cleansed your palate, to prepare you for the next scrumptious morsels. Dear Guest,Thank you for your visit and thank you for your nice comments about your meal.We are really pleased that you had a "true dining experience" and that you found our restaurant "over the top".Hoping that we shall have the chance to serve you again in the near future.Sincerely,

Last night in Versailles and what a perfect way to finish. Had read several reviews of this restaurant and they are right, this is another must visit!! Yes limited menu on the night with 4 starters, 2 mains and 4 desserts but all beautifully prepared and presented by this fantastic couple who run this establishment on their own. I had the swordfish and my wife the chicken dish on the night and would quite happily have swapped with her and also had the famous Brownie dessert. Thanks folks!! Dear Andrew B,Thank you very much for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your dinner in our restaurant and we hope to welcome you again, nxt time you will come in France.Kind regards,Stéphanie & Stéphane

Three and a half years ago my wife and I had the great fortune of, completely by chance, discovering a newly opened restaurant on the edge of the old town of Versailles. We knew from the off we'd found something quite special and over the last three years its been a delight to watch a story develop of one of France's great culinary talents not just find his feet, but thrieve, gaining a michelin star in his first year and opening a sister bistro a year after that. Since our fitst visit we have since dined at either Table du 11, or the sister Bistro du 11 maybe a dozen times and on every occasion, we never fail to be impressed. Having been fortunate enough to have dined at 40+ Michelin one or two star establishments, very few can hold a candle to Table du 11. It is, in terms of both service and cuisine, head and shoulders above any other one star restaurant we have dined at and indeed superior to maybe half of the two star restaurants we have frequented. To deliver such consistency, whilst also providing no little invention is indeed a rare thing. In essence if you get the chance to dine here youd be a fool not to take it.

I'm not disappointed about the quality of the food and their service, I really enjoyed the recommendations of the hostess; however, I found it a bit overpriced in the end. I consider they are doing a pretty good job, the ambiance is nice and they are very friendly and definitively will go again when staying in the neighborhood.

La Terrasse has no grand menu featuring loads of various starters, mains and desserts... It has opted for the daily formula offer, one or two to choose from, freshly prepared, well balanced, and the prices remain reasonable (29 Euros for starter + main + dessert).I have no objection whatsoever to that option, which remains a guarantee of freshness. All is homemade, the restaurant is simple and comfortable, guests are made welcome, what else can one ask for...?

Traditional restaurant of Crêpes and other dishes. The dish of the day is renewed regularly. The open kitchen is held by a team of experienced professional cooks, whose dexterity you can admire. Large terrace in one of the most beautiful streets of Versai
Seeking an early dinner after a fabulous 6 hour day at touring the Château Versailles we happened upon this small, friendly restaurant. We were unfamiliar with wheat pancakes (crepes) but glad to try them. Delicious! We ordered one savory wheat pancake with shrimp and one with goat cheese and caramelized onions. The fillings were fresh and beautifully prepared. With a second glass of house red wine, we enjoyed two sweet pancakes. One with bananas and one with an apple filling. The service was excellent and the food was delightful. We shall be back!
