We were waiting a long time to go to this place. Last time, it was booked for a wedding. We understand why. It was delicious. We had oysters, beef tartare, beet salad and coquille St. Jacques. Everything was to our liking. Great ceasars : nice and spicy. The wine selection was greatm a definite redo.

The restaurant was nice. We ate outside. The terrace was really quiet and sunny. The food was good but slow to arrive. We ordered some starters and they arrived 20mn later. The main course arrived 20mn after the starters. Not a place to eat if you are in a rush! The waiter also made a mistake. One of the main courses was not one we ordered. Had to be sent back to the kitchen and I had to wait another 10mn before being served. The other guests ate while I watched. They had nearly finished their course when mine arrived. It is a shame as the food was simple but tasty and the staff were very friendly. The prices for food and wine were quite reasonableI would still give it another try as they might just have had a bad day.

New Yorker atmosphere in the heart of the district of Roubaix Union, in a former textile factory roubaisienne completely rehabilitated, the LOFT 122 builds on the architectural assets of the site. Exposed ducts, metal beams and other brick vaults; industr
Booked on line through the fork. Easy and effective. Atmosphere and food were excellent. Timothee ( Maître De) was first class and made sure it was a great night from start to finish.

Having had one or two disappointments recently, it was with some trepidation that we approached this restaurant with its unprepossessing exterior in a quiet backstreet within a stones throw of the wonderful Roubaix Piscine. However, we were in for an agreeable surprise. The service was warm and friendly and the food was well cooked, nicely presented and good value for money. I had liver and onions with Dauphinois potatoes and ratatouille followed by a 'tiramisu speculos'. Both courses were delicious. The bill, including two glasses of rose wine was 42 euros. I definitely recommend this as a very good lunch venue.

Nice, intimate restaurant. When visited for dinner, really busy. Food excellent, nicely served by nice girls. However the best part was the following! Asked waiter to order a taxi ti take us back to our hotel. Waited 1/2 hour, taxi did not show up. When the owner found out about this, he just showed us to his car and drove us back to hotel. That is called service! Thanks you, le patron!

Staying in Roubaix, we found this excellent restaurant situated in the heart of the town. We booked in for lunch since this is obviously a very popular venue which has lost none of its personal touch. The seating areas are homely and comfortable. The welcome is warm and informative. The menu offers a different daily limited range of tempting dishes, prepared by the chef patron. The range is sure to please any palette. The freshly cooked dishes are typical of the region which borders on Belgium. Every detail, down to the excellent vinaigrette and the cafe gourmand, is well-considered. The service is efficient and discreet. The chef patron comes out to make sure that you enjoyed your meal. And we did. An excellent experience at a reasonable price. If you are in Roubaix, do eat here!

Fresh, local, organic (with some exceptions notified).
Thanks to the reviews on Tripadvisor we knew just where to go for lunch in Roubaix and it did not disappoint. Excellent, very tasty food for a very reasonable price (15 Euros for 2 courses), served by friendly staff ~ ticked all the boxes for us! The cheesecake deserves a special mention for being one of the best desserts I have eaten all year. It might look a little unlikely from the outside but Baraka is well worth a trip, especially if you are headed for the La Piscine museum as it is very close by.

Here for the Paris Roubaix Challenge and staying close by so decided to give this place a go given previous reviews and we werenât disappointed! Lovely proprietor who made us feel really welcome and the food was delicious too! I opted to try all 3 âPancooksâ which is bread filled with 3 fillings - scrumptious ( although had to leave some of the exterior). My 8 year old wants to go back tomorrow.xDear Chuddyswim, thank you so much for this nice review we read very carefully. We are very happy to know you had a good time with us, and hope to see you again with your boy very soon Le Pancook

I booked this restaurant after reading some reviews in French. Food was top notch and we appreciated the serene atmosphere of the dining room. The most amazing part is that the main course was 15EUR only (it costs 5EUR extra for dessert), which is a STEAL considering the quality and the taste of the dishes. It is also possible to have lunch boxes from the same place delivered directly to your conference room and I cannot wait to get back to Lille to try this option. One small - yet important - detail: cash only, no credit cards accepted...
