We were looking for a good value lunch. Preferably not from a tourist menu made up of photographs! Because we liked what was on offer on the 10.80⬠set menu, we chose from it and were not disappointed. We had gazpacho - a good bowlful land full of flavour; mixed paella, which took a while to arrive, but only because it was a genuine home-cooked one with a good mix of ingredients and well-flavoured rice; crème caramel, which was really good, and home-made, too, we guessed. We also had, sparkling water, a glass of house red (a bit rough, perhaps, but a very generous glass!), a sangria and decent coffees. Total lunch for two for 32.80â¬.The all-male front of house staff were friendly and efficient. It was fairly obvious that two of the young waiters were beginners â but thatâs not a negative. The communication between all the staff and between staff and customers was friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Language doesnât seem a problem at El Raco: Catalan, Spanish, French and English were all being spoken. A nice atmosphere. The only slight disappointment: the sangria wasnât really home-made and it lacked that kick that can make it special. But then, it was only 3⬠- and at least it didnât put my wife to sleep!

When I am in Santa Margarita I use this bar/restaurant every second day for my first cup of coffee of the morning and catch up on e.mails. The staff are very friendly but don't expect much in the way of English speaking. Very much a "locals" bar. They do a good trade for their inexpensive lunchtime menu which includes a.bottle of wine for two people. Menu is three course for about 11 euros. Normally closed on a Sunday.

Max is the best crepes man ever!!! We found casually this creperie, but then we went there everyday. All crepes are Amazing. The bretobn beer is fantastic. Max and his Breton flag are the best.

A standard restaurant for the main street along the beach, but the food was good and the service excellent. My son had the paella and it was a little above the standard dish.

First time in Rosas, first time at the Punto 21 restaurant but definitely not the last one for sure !First step in the restaurant and you already know that you at the right place. You are warmly welcome by a young man (who speak a good english, it helps :))The restaurant room is really nice, well decorated, clear and clean !French food, but spanish drink, try their sangria !! The french food experience announced at the entrance was real ! We were four, we tried each dish like the flamed egg and the pork tenderloin, delicious !!And if you are lucky you meet the chef who cooked very well :)Try the emotion menu, you will be not disappointed !Magic from the beginning until the end... !

Don't let the plain decor or weird configuration of this bistro fool you. This is a fabulous place to eat : its off the beaten path. Everything is done by a gorgeous Vietnamese-French lady and her handsome French partner and even though there are still tables available they won't seat you if they feel you will get slow or inadequate service. Allot of restaurants I know could learn a lesson from that!Food is mostly French classic cuisine with lots of variety and they made the best Hamburger I have had in years and on 2 other occasions delicious daily specials. And if you like Floating Islands desert the best i have ever had! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I usually never do, but mainly because the seating is not comfortable (but i am a big guy!) . But thats minor! Go fir the wonderful food and the lovely owners!
