Our tour guide took us off Versailles for lunch and brought us here. The server was really nice and prompt. The menu was extensive with so many choices and it was hard to decide. The price was really good. We paid under 20⬠for a savory crepe, dessert, and a drink. All were delicious and it was so nice to get away from the tourist cafes in Versailles. Very short walk away from Versailles. I had the salmon rye crepe and hot chocolate and banana crepe. So good.

We really enjoyed this restaurant - great food , superbly presented . Unusual and interesting combinations of flavours . Pretty competitive pricing - we paid about 100 euros for two of us ( aperitif , 0.5 bottle of wine , 3 courses and coffee ) Pleasant decor , tables well spaced , nice buzz and extremely friendly staff .

Chez Ennio est un Restaurant-Pizzeria. Nous vous proposons de délicieuses pizzas cuites au feu de bois et des plats fait maison dans un cadre familial et convivial.
Step back in time to Ennio's Italian, olde world elegant dining cellar. Tucked away in a little corner, a few steps below the sidewalk at Fort and de Maisonneuve. It's a little touch of Europe, all food lovingly prepared by Ennio himself, as you sip your own wine (no corkage fee) and relax and chat in an intimate room with candlelight and white tablecloths. The escargot is a must, also the veal, and all pasta is freshly made. By the end of the evening Ennio felt like an old friend who'd invited us into his cellar for a memorable meal among friends. 'Do not delay, the golden moments fly!' Stay gold Ennio, stay gold!'

The white fish was divine. Excellent food and excellent service. The two cheese selections were completely different, but both were very good. I loved the chocolate drop at the very end. In addition, our waiter was very attentive, and he appeared at just the right moments. I asked for a dry white wine and he brought back just that. We were able to sit outside due to the weather and felt fortunate because the garden is so beautiful. We would highly recommend La Griotte to all of our friends.

Arriving with our children we were disappointed to see that the kids menu was either burger and chips or similar. The manageress suggested that we took some main courses to let the children share and the olives and biscuits that arrived pre-dinner were very welcome. My buffet starter was excellent but the number of flies around the buffet food put my partner off. The children's steak arrived ( 1 plate between 3 instead of 2 steaks between 3) and was so small they looked in horror that they had been put on a forced diet. When they attempted to eat it it was so tough that cutting through the meat was impossible. We left hungry and disappointed at the poor quality and are at a loss how they achieved a certificate of excellence.

Well priced good French food , pleasant staff . This restaurant just opposite the station at Plaisir Grignon was an excellent find . Modern decor and unusually for France the tables were well spaced - no need to listen to your neighbours' conversations . Plenty of nearby parking in the evening . Lots of outside seating

Excellent restaurant!!We got in late and dumb luck brought us here and the fact that it was the only thing we could find open. But, we were wonderfully surprised, my wife wants to eat here every meal every day. It was a little difficult because we don't speak French and the English was more miss than hit but the staff was excellent and tried really hard to help, offered great selections and was superb in every way. A must eat if your in the area.

Charming restaurant, traditional cuisine ... a restaurant where life is good ! In this beautiful charming 17th and 18th century residence, former annex of the Château de Plaisir, the cook and his wife welcome you to their home to offer you a delicate cuis
This 17th century country house which used to be an apple cider press in the middle of pastures and fields, has been lovingly restored by an enthusiastic French couple and turned into a warm and friendly gastronomic restaurant. I came here by chance on a weekday and had the lunch special. The cream of mushroom soup with a little Parmigian cheese cracker was simply divine. The consistency was close to a mouse so it felt extremely light, but also refined in its elegance. The main course was the chicken breast "Cordon bleu" with tiny potatoes sauteed with herbs. It was a simple dish but masterfully executed and you could feel the generosity of the chef coming through. They have a big gastronomic dinner special on the weekend, which looked really interesting, so I'll be sure to try that one day.A great place to stop on your way to Chartres or any destination west of Paris.Thank you ; we are pleased that you enjoyed the Cordon Bleu du Sud-Ouest, prepared with Bayonne ham and Mancego cheese !
