It's a nice enough restaurant, no particular atmosphere, food is good enough but over-priced for what it is. Not really at the level that you would expect from the reviews on this site.

Came for the good reviews and was not dissapointed. I had to stare for a while at the menu because everything sound so great. Finally ordered, and after a quick preparation you could follow on a big TV, I had a really nice Galette which tasted wonderful. Once finished I had to go for the dessert side, and it sure felt like heaven. I kept cutting it in smaller portions for fear I ended it up too quickly. Staff is really sympathetic and warm.

Restaurant traditionnel français type "bistro" travaillant uniquement les produits frais et de saisons
If ever you are in Conflans Ste Honorine I can highly recommend this restaurant, excellent food and service. The food is seasonal and made in house so you must order your dessert at the beginning of the meal. Not an extensive choice on the menu but they are all very good. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food, service and ambience. They have air conditioning! Excellent for a hot summers day. Children are welcome in the restaurant but the menu is geared more towards adults. A lovely find if you are ever in that neck of the woods.

Had a long lunch here earlier this week. We ate from the a la Carter and fixed price menus. Everything was flavoursome & delicious, prepared with a light touch. Service was attentive, if a little slow at times. Great wine list. Outdoor deck space will be lovely on a Summerâs evening. Really like that the chef walked the floor and spoke to her diners after service ended.

Vast choice of pancakes, and they are delicious. The interior decor is rustic and characterful. Not sure whether the restaurant itself has a carpark, but we found paying parking a couple of minutes walk away. We were there early shortly after 7 pm so had a table without reservation but then the restaurant filled up, so I expect one would have to book a table if planning dinner at the usual french time of around 8 pm. Despite the many tables, the service was prompt and the staff were friendly.

O Puits in Herblay is a delicious surprise. There were several of us for a celebration and therefore a lot of menu items were tasted:everything was carefully and attractively presented and cooked perfectly. Desserts are all wonderful (and copious) but the brioche French toast with caramel and maple ice cream was glorious. We will be back for more.

For those who haven't recently been to AUBERGE DU SOLEIL LEVANT, we have eaten three times there and have had exceptionally good meals each time. This is a classic (and classy) Restaurant.Mikaêl (owner and cook chief ) is turning out some wonderul dishes such as SALADE DE MAGRETS ET GÃSIERS, FILET DE SOLE GRILLà SAUCE POIVRE...and all of the traditional French dishes. The restaurant's atmosphere is almost homey, making "AUBERGE DU SOLEIL LEVANT" a very pleasant dining experience. We will for sure go again...

I was privileged to have been taken to Le Chiquito for a business dinner and, from beginning to end, had a truly exceptional experience. We had a private room off the main entrance, and our small group was very well served. The staff were engaging, but not obsequious(well, maybe the head waiter was a bit over the top, but it was entertaining not irritating). Every course was wonderful. The grenouilles et escargots (frog legs and snails) appetizer was "to die for" and my fresh sea-perch was "perchfectly" cooked. One of our group, a "foodie," had the chef's special dish (veal kidney or sweetbreads, I can't recall) which he indicated was orgasmic.I had the cheese board selection for dessert. Order it. Yes, the chocolate grenache looked wonderful, but order the cheese. The meal was likely expensive, but absolutely worth it. The priciest item on the menu was the cab ride back into Paris for the night!
