You cannot expect a reasonable priced French restaurant with a 'fresh' attitude anymore in Germany (nor in France) these days, so we knew what to expect. A good start with oysters, fresh and succulent. The bouillabaisee I would rather avoid next time, the soup arrived close to a German starter soup, small with almost no fish. I'd recommended to the put up the price, say 15⬠and add a little bit more fish in it. Or offer a small and medium version.Fish and vegetables ok, nothing special. Wine selection is high class, likewise prices, but that is what you expect. Service was excellent although only two tables serviced this mid week evening. For a company paid meal a good choice although privacy could be an issue if only a few tables busy.

Bon Appetit! Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch
Had a quick lunch here. It's the first time I've found a restaurant purely dedicated to flammkuchen which is an interesting concept. The food was good as was the service. The language skills weren't great but we got by on our little German. Prices are average.

We´ve been here several times with four persons. Quality of food is good, variety of dishes a bit limited but always freshly prepared. In addition to the regular menu there is a choice of special dishes of the week/month. Very friendly and attentive service.Wide range of (glasses) of wine, reasonable prices.A bit of bistrot atmosphere as some tables (for two) are quite small and close to the adjacent table, the restaurant has less than a dozen tables. To go on weekends without reservation gives only few chances to find a table, by mid-week it´s easier.During summer time they open a small inner courtyard.

The menu is quite small (which in my experience is often a quality feature), but the food is very tasty and they also offer vegetarian friendly dishes. It's a nice atmosphere in a super central location, just a bit hidden in a side-street. Worth it to find!

I give excellent begrudgingly but this place deserves. It's a daytime cafe, from breakfast to 20.00.Our second visit after a number of years and we were not disappointed. There are a choice of 1/2 dozen quiches. Prices from 2.60. to 3.90 a portion and a salad garnish. The cakes are very good as well. It is a bakery so breads and other sweets are on sale. Takeaway available. Seating on the ground floor and on a mezzanine. Find a table, queue, order, and they then serve you at your table.
