Why would you eat crepes in a strip mall or other mundane location when you can have really good crepes on a cliff side restaurant looking across one of France's most beautiful bodies of water? We're talking about the Crozon peninsula, and this off-the-beaten-track creperie, whose existence we only discovered this week, though it's been here for at least ten years. Nestled in a pasture (land side), and overlooking the bay of Douarnenez, it offers an excellent choice of crepes and cider (and other dishes/drinks if you're so inclined). Friendly, rapid service too, and yes - sparkling toilets to boot. We chose to eat inside on a windy evening, but they have a lovely terrace too. Really, a place we'll return to.

A friend from Bordeaux suggested that we try this restaurant and the attached hotel. We drove from Normandy to Crozon and on the first night, we were quite tired and decided to eat at le Mutin Gourmand. The server (Laurent?) suggested dishes and wines to us. Each dish was perfectly prepared and fresh. The presentation and creativity was worthy of a Bon Appetite cover photograph. We enjoyed it so much, that on our last night before returning to Paris, our friends joined us at the restaurant. We talked and enjoyed our food well into the night. And at no time did the server or chef attempt to shoo us out. I am so glad that we spent our last evening with our French friends in this amazing restaurant. We've traveled the world. This is in our top five meals.Thank you very much, that's really very kind of you ! It's our pleasure to see that you have enjoyed so much your meal at Le Mutin ! Of course we are not use to shoot our "guests" out ! We are so glad when they spent a little bit of their time in our restaurant, and especially when they travel the world for us !!Thank you very much again, and we will be glad to welcome you again. The L'Oceanic is one of the best places to visit on the Crozon Peninsula. The owner and restaurant manager Jacques is as animated as he is friendly. His personality creates a brilliant atmosphere which is only supported by his army of charming and friendly staff.One of the best pizza's I have ever had is the Pizza Tarantella courtesy if L'Oceanic. Best to book in order to avoid disappointment.

First rule - make sure you book! Lovely modern and comfortable restaurant overlooking the beach. Good menu choice with alternatives for those not wanting seafood. All our food was nicely cooked and in particular our scallop main was just yummy. Drinks were a reasonable price as well. Service was a little slow at times but all the staff were courteous and friendly. Our last meal this trip - couldnât have asked for better.

Came across this creperie whilst looking for a place yo eat in Crozon on a Saturday evening, there were not many places to eat open but we found this little place, they made us very welcome, both the savoury and sweet crepes were very good. The prices were reasonable and the young girl who waited the tables was very nice and helpfully.

This Restaurant is without doubt the best in Morgat both for the food and the welcoming staff.My Wife and I could not have been made more welcome by the Management(Michel), waiting staff and even the chefs who are on view as your food is prepared which is why we made return visits. We tried various items from the menu and were never disappointed as the quality, presentation and taste were fantastic. The crêpes both savoury or sweet are delicious and although I have never been a fan of burgers this restaurant totally converted me as theirs, made with real juicy steak were a taste revelation.We tried various restaurants in Morgat for dinner by ordering a drink and testing the service and general ambience and found this place to be the best by a long way followed by La Bolee and the rest falling a long way behind.We are already planning our next visit to Britanny and a visit to this restaurant will be on the agenda.

Tuesday evenings in the summer in Morgat means concerts, artisan markets and people everywhere, including in all the restaurants. Thanks to a no-show, we were offered a table and enjoyed delicious mussels with a creamy Roquefort sauce and decent pommes frites. Carafe of house rose washed it all down nicely!

I had an excellent savoury crepe, and a medocre dessert crepe on a terrace overlooking the beach, with fair prices. However, the service was very slow, despite being not that busy, and simply grouchy and unfriendly. A real shame, as on food and location, this place would warrant a higher rating.
