The Stuva is very small - reservations are essential. it is a beautiful place, full of character. The menu is very varied and they are well known for their Cordon Bleus. Lots of choices of those! Really a great place for dinner in Sils Maria. Lunch is also served and there is a very nice terrace in summer.

Delicious local swiss style dishes at affordable prices. The restaurant chalet style is lovely and cosy. Staff is great, informative and extremely friendly. We will go back someday for sure. My family and I greatly applaud the entire team of Le Restaurant and Badrutt's Palace Hotel for organizing a most memorable dinner event for us in January. Le Restaurant has a magnificent setting and the staff are smartly dressed thus provide you with a majestic experience. We were a party of 35 guests and every thing was lavishly set up. A large long table was beautifully decorated with fresh roses. The quality of the food (4 courses) was superb and nicely served. The high light of the evening was a marvelous heart shaped and most delicious cake,specially made by the hotel's pastry chef and his team for us. The manner, chef and his team brought out the cake and presented it to us was most delightful and an amazing experience. Our dinner event was a big success all due to hard work of the talented team of Badrutt's Palace Hotel. The hotel's event planning team is exceptional and very helpful.
