Find out what French restaurants to try in Key West. Does time ever pass in the Florida Keys? Everyone and everything in Key West seems to go at its own pace, right down to the ice melting slooooowly in your margarita glass. Of course, it’s not all limes and leisure – Key West is known as the “Winter White House” because of its appeal to visiting U.S. presidents, and the island has been home to literary greats like Ernest Hemingway and Tennessee Williams. The diving here is phenomenal, as is the kid-friendly Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center.

We stopped here for a quick lunch. The service was good and the food was excellent. Great mimosas also.

This is the first time that I've tasted a vegetable version of the Croque Monsieur; it had a nice mixture of flavors and textures. Others had equally tasty eggs-inside-croissant sandwiches and yoghurt based breakfasts with fruit sides. It was too hot to sit outside with my octogenarian mom, so we enjoyed our meals at a cramped indoors table.

I've reviewed Azur before, but it is definitely worth another. If you're seated before 7:00 pm, you get 1/2 price food items. Everything was excellent - the service, the food, the atmosphere! Azur should be on everyone's list for dinner when in Key West.
