L accueil est bon , le service Aussi . La viande est tendre et la cuisson respectée . Les frites sont Tres bonnes . Le coulant au Chocolat est Tres bon . L addition est Tres raisonnable.

Lunch on Easter Sunday was a good opportunity to discover typical Aveyron (South of France) cooking. "Aligot" is a type of mashed potatoes and melted local cheese with white wine. Very tasty but can be challenging to digest. I had a delicious piece of lamb with a perfect portion of Gratin Dauphinois, a cream and potato casserole. The rest of our party had the Aveyron Burger with first choice beef in a thick burger and white cream and cheese sauce. Fries are very home-made and a thick orange colour. We tasted a rather simple but fresh Aveyron red wine, not a choice vintage, but did the job. Café Gourmand are very complete with a selection of mini desserts.Very fast, professional and efficient service from our smiling waitress!I recommend 100%

One of the nicest things about France is discovering that rare little gem of a restaurant, the neighborhood place that has a genius of a chef, a passionate owner and a dedicated staff. When you find a restaurant like that you want to keep it for yourself, but I just can't be that cruel.Le Ballon Voyageur might well represent the best quality / price ratio of any restaurant I know in France. I've been there twice now, have tasted all I could and have been amazed and delighted with every dish. The owner's wine suggestions, and the ability to drink excellent wines by the glass mean that every dish is perfectly accompanied; the setting is unique and agreeable; the service is excellent. If you have the good fortune to be anywhere in the area of Maisons Laffitte make it a point to eat here... and remember to reserve as far in advance as you can: although it's only recently opened, the restaurant has already become a favorite and is often booked solid.Hello, thank you very much for your kind comments. Première visite dans cet établissement et franchement, nous n'avons pas été déçus.De l accueil chaleureux à la cuisine de saison à base de produits frais, tout était parfait.Visiblement ce restaurant est fréquenté par une clientèle d'habitude,ce qui prouve la valeur gustative de l'endroit. Le rapport qualité prix et vraiment à la hauteur du contenu des assiettes. Nous vous le conseillons vivement. Merci encore!

Amazing place suitable also for vegetarians. We don´t speak french so we just tried to translate from menu as possible and chose by heart. Fantastic choice :-D pancakes amazing and everyone was satisfied and there were 4 of us. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

O Puits in Herblay is a delicious surprise. There were several of us for a celebration and therefore a lot of menu items were tasted:everything was carefully and attractively presented and cooked perfectly. Desserts are all wonderful (and copious) but the brioche French toast with caramel and maple ice cream was glorious. We will be back for more.

Vast choice of pancakes, and they are delicious. The interior decor is rustic and characterful. Not sure whether the restaurant itself has a carpark, but we found paying parking a couple of minutes walk away. We were there early shortly after 7 pm so had a table without reservation but then the restaurant filled up, so I expect one would have to book a table if planning dinner at the usual french time of around 8 pm. Despite the many tables, the service was prompt and the staff were friendly.
