For lunch we had a roasted chicken, gratin dauphinois, a few sides, and drinks. The chicken was perfectly roasted, while at the same time nice and juicy on the inside. It and the gratin dauphinois were very delicious. The scalloped potatoes were creamy, cheesy, and most importantly, tasty. Excellent food which we had ordered for delivery.

We brought all three of our daughters to a Mother's Day brunch put on by Fuel and The Wine People. The menu was fantastic from appetizer to desert. The potato and truffle and Caesar salads were both very delicious and the tomato gazpacho was refreshing. The Wagyu burgers were cooked perfectly, and the fries were served with a delicious green dipping sauce - I wish I remembered what it was called. The staff was fantastic with all our kids, and everyone has a great time. My wife and I will be back!

Chez Max is the only Parisian Bistro opened by a genuine Parisian chef in Guangzhou preparing home-made dishes ! From the 7 hours - long braised lamb leg or the fried king prawns with Ricard sauce , passing by the crayfish bisque, seared Foie gras or tuna
Had a fantastic lunch at Chez Max during the recent festival. The food was exceptional. My girlfriend had never eaten French food before, and she really enjoyed it. I was particularly impressed by the atmosphere, and the service. The staff were friendly, but never overbearing, which is a balance that people seem to find difficult to achieve. Highly recommended!
