We wanted to have dinner in thus restaurant and were seated on the terras which is great. After 10 minutes we had made our choise of the set menu and a lady came to our table to take note. But even before we could start saying what we wanted, she dashed off to the inside. For the next 15 minutes she completely ignored our table. We were dumbfolded. We hadn't said anything yet so no way could se have offended her. She was constantly interacting with the other tables and avoided eye contact. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. As we stood up to leave, she came back to our table and continued where she left off taking our orders. We were still to much amased at what just happened. She was friendly but didn't make any reference to what just happened.Made our order and food was great and we enjoyed it.A meal to remember.Still wondering what happened.

Nous sommes arrivée un dimanche soir ! Donc rien à nous mettre sous la dent ! 1er soir !!!!!Nous nous sommes présentés à 21h07 pour éventuellement manger ! Et là on me répond ! Trop tard le service câest fini a 21h ! Alors quâà ce moment là ils installer une table de 6pers ! 2 eme soir !!! nous avons très bien manger rien à dire ! Câétait très bon !!!!3eme et dernier soir ! Je me présent à 19h pour réserver des frites et andouillettes à emporter afin de ne pas les prendrez de cours ! Et là on me répond « désolé on fait pas ce soir à emporter ou sur place car on va avoir beaucoup trop de travail » ! Alors voilà je suis mitigée sur ce restaurant ! La bonne chose câest que nous sommes partis à Giffaumont-Champaubert dans la pizzéria est on câest régaler !!!!!!!

Service wasn't rude, just hard to get. And waitstaff managed to take down the wrong order, and needed to be reminded about drinks (plus a minor overcharge for coffees!)Food was variable - pizzas and frites were good, salad tasteless and meat tough.Food (main course only) was around â¬10 per head.

I have always found Casino's offer great food ,I suppose it's a "sprat to catch a mackerel". This was no different, the quality and presentation was perfect and the service friendly .The only complaint was the funny points thing that I signed up to and was then told I didn't get any (to exchange for drinks etc) as I paid cashA shame as it stopped a next night visit

Staying in the area and we were recommended this little place.Had both savoury and sweet crepes, very tasty , good value for money too. Lovely and friendly husband and wife team , very welcoming. Tried to go back but it was closed on the Thursday night , another time. Perfect place.

Venus avec nos petites filles pour diner, le cadre et la carte nous avaient irrésistiblement attirés. Après nous avoir installés, nous avons patienté...patienté. A 3 reprises, j ai interpellé la serveuse pour qu elle prenne la commande, a minima le menu enfant devant l impatience de mes filles. Puis vinrent les pleurs des ventres vides mais toujours rien... Les commandes sont prises de façon anarchiques, 5 tables arrivees apres nous sont servies au moment où nous décidons de partir 50 minutes apres notre arrivée toujours la faim au ventre!

Excellent dishes, would recommend it, not much choice for restaurants in the region, better book in advance for the w-e as fully booked.... Nice personnel, very friendly, atmosphere very nice but very chic....more elderly people than young ones but logical given the price of the food (per pers with wine around 60-65)

We ate here on a Sunday evening and had a very good goats cheese salad and bouef Hache and frites. Food is served all day until about 9pm. However when we back on Monday evening only deserts were being served and there's not many other places to eat here on a Monday.

We found this restaurant as we explored the nearby lake. It is absolutely lovely. Fantastic range of food and several menus. Regional food, well cooked, great value and very good service. Pleased to say everyone else seemed to be having a similarly great time too - it was full, bustling, fun and a really enjoyable last lunch before our trip home. Would recommend highly as a cracking place to sample some well cooked French fare.
