Booked in advance as it can get busy, especially at lunch time. Had the set menu, all the food is cooked to order and not pre-packaged. The menu is limited but very good, simple vanilla ice cream was not available as everything is cooked and prepared by the chef. Good atmosphere, good service,

Super little restaurasion . Very friendly young staff. Great meal of quinoa salad and vegetarian burger. Delicious. So good you want to stay and try other things on the menu.

Very pleasant service. The lunchtime food was fantastic as mentioned by other reviewers. The meal gave us enough energy to walk around the delightful Puivert castle, the other end of the village. Do beware of the glass door on leaving. It is so clean that it may not be obvious causing a big crashing sound with an unwanted impact!

Admittedly it was very busy as it was the roses festival. Unfortunately they were not prepared in the slightest. The queuing and waiting was ridiculous and when it eventually turned up how on earth they could say ham when it looked like a few bits of raw lardons. We were not the only dissatisfied customers. I have been once before and enjoyed it but sadly today it looked like it was being run by amateurs.

Founded in 2008, Le Rendez-Vous is a small but warm and welcoming Bar-Restaurant in the charming village of Léran in the Ariège, not far from Montbel Lake. Our accessible dining room is complemented by a spacious terrace, ideal for soaking up the sunshine
We had a really enjoyable relaxed meal as a family, nicely cooked and in a really friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just good honest cooking, at a great price. So sad to hear that it will be becoming a weekend bar only after this summer.

We stumbled across this place and were warmly greeted even though we were in our biker gear. There was plenty of parking across the road.We were seated on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoyed a beautiful lunch, both a pleasure on the palate and on the eye. Not the cheapest meal, but fabulous quality and fresh as a daisy.

We came to attend the wedding of the daughter of our very good friends and because the parents were staying in the Chateau, we were able to visit it. Apparently some of the Chateau dates back to 950 AD and there is a real sense of history when visiting it.We were able to go in quite a number of the rooms and I was just wowed by it.We saw where the wedding was to take place, where the wedding breakfast was to be eaten and where the dancing etc would happen. At all stages of the celebration, the Chateau staff were excellent and I have to say I was impressed. Well done!

Having a house nearby we often frequent this great restaurant. Today we had lunch served in the bar, great value with a set menu at â¬13.50. Starter was a Spanish Salad, main course of chicken, peppers and potatoes, followed by cheese, and desert with a glass of wine. The chef is superb and uses local produce and great recipes. This is the best meal we have had on this trip. There is always a warm welcome from the staff. We have also dined here in the evenings from the al a carte menu. Thoroughly recommend their grilled gambas but any choice will not disappoint. We will return many times I am sure.
