Nice terroir et mer salad, with generous helpings of mussels, queenies, crayfish, crabsticks along with chicken. Omellette was a little greasy and slightly underdone, but came with good frites. Good quality tea. Staff very pleasant.

We went to Les Mousquetaires for a lunch date with a party of approx 26. The food was really good, and the wine excellent. Staff were attentive and very efficient. The grounds and building it self were lovely. Wish we could have stayed there a bit longer to have a good look around.

Full of locals on a Monday when everything else in town was closed. Four course fixed price menu. Good quality cooking and copious quantities. Not haut cuisine. Efficient service. Very clean restrooms. Parking in the small municipal lot catercorner to the restaurant.

In this pretty medieval Village this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The chef (grand son of the deceased Anna) is certainly going for the one star Michelin (He is already a bib). His menu at 19,95⬠is inventive and perfect (it changes every day, but we get a perfect rack of lamb, fantastic appetizer and sophisticated dessert.(farandole d'ananas) . Even his Child menu is gastronomic and avoid the boring and intoxicating: French fries + Minced meat. Very few tables and booking is mandatory to enjoy this jewel of inventive French cuisine.

Reasonably priced food with very good pizza, pasta, salads and lots more.My wife had the escalope Milanese (Schnitzel), which she said was excellent, served with pasta and salad ... very generous serves. Check out the specials and grills on blackboard.I had an excellent pizza ... thin, crisp crust, generous toppings and larger than I could finish in one sitting.Good selection of wines ... we had a very drinkable Provence Rose.Pleasant shaded terrace out back, nicer than the front terrace on the road.Easy parking across road by old walled town of Cadillac (not quite as easy on Saturday which is Market day and usually packed).Well worth a visit if in area during meal times.

Nice looking restaurant from the outside and just as nice on the inside. Were quickly seated and given menus. A very helpful waiter came and explained everything to us on the menu in English which was unexpected but helpful. I had the plat du jour which was hamburger, salad, and fries, and a pannacotta for desert, and my wife had goats cheese salad. When the food came the portions were massive and represented excellent value for money as both dishes tasted every bit as good as they looked when they arrived. we also had a couple of coffees and the bill was just over â¬30 which was great value for money. Very helpful and friendly staff, and highly recommended.

Just 25 minutes from Bordeaux, in the heart of Bordeaux wine country (Sauternes, Saint Emillion )the restaurant du Chateau de la Tour was built on the former garden of the Chateau des Ducs d Epernon. For food lovers, a fine and expressive cuisine based on

This restaurant is only newly opened and four of us had lunch here. The menu is simple, 14.50â¬, and very south-west France, choice of salade de gsiers or beetroot salad, followed by pintarde (guinea fowl) or steak and a choice of puddings. The cooking was exemplary, the steak was so tender it could be cut with a fork and the wine list had interesting wines at decent prices. Service is not fast, there's one waiter (the partner of the cook I think) and the decor is nothing special but there's a nice ambiance. Will definitely be returning.

We are a family of five adults who had lunch at this restaurant. We chose the "menu affaire" with a starter, the main course and the dessert. We had two or three dishes to chose among in each of the categories. Everything was well prepared, good tasting and based on the classic regional tradition. For dessert some of us had three kinds of creme brulée (see photo). We visited the restaurant on a work day without having a table reservation, and the restaurant was about 75% full. If you are staying in the countryside within a shorter driving distance to Cadillac, it is worth going to the L´entree Jardin for lunch.
