This former elementary school has been renovated and transformed into a beautifully authentic restaurant, at which locals, residents from surrounding villages and travelers alike enjoy stopping for lunch or dinner. At lunch time the place is well visited every day, proof of its good food and friendly service. Make sure to reserve your spot on Wednesdays, when the chef serves "tête de veau" - not necessarily my favorite, but extremely popular, as you won't find a free table on these days! There is a daily, very affordable lunch menu which includes a starter, main course, fromage, dessert, coffee and wine and the portions are big enough to leave you full and satisfied. I will definitely come back!Merci de votre commentaire, en espérant vous revoir. Toute l'équipe de l'auberge du Compeix vous remercie Cordialement

We booked a table for 4 on a Tuesday in March. It's a lovely building and is tastefully decorated. The service was friendly and we had the menu du jour. We had aperatifs, a platter of battered seafood as a starter, followed by sautee de porc, and a choice of delicious deserts (or cheese) and then coffee. wine was served with the meal. The food was all of a high standard and served with smile. We were astounded when we got the bill - 55 euros for 4! Absolutely recommend this place and would definitely go back if ever in the area again.

4 of us for lunch (set menu @13â¬)cous cous & salad (cous cous good but salad dissapointing)steak-hache & swordfish in sauce for main course options - both had and everyone happy with their meals.Cheese or desert included with coffee too.food all ok but although the server was friendly and kept us informed she was very stretched looking after everyone and there were some very long delays.if youre in the area - give it a try but not if youre in a rush.

This busy town centre bar / cafe is under new management. I understand that it is a joint venture between an English couple and a French couple. The chef is an Englishman and the food is very good. I dined on a busy Saturday lunchtime and I had steak ad chips, followed by mango flavoured white mousse. I had a couple of small beers with my meal and the total bill was around 22 Euros. I enjoyed my meal at Le Terminus and I will definitely dine here again.
