Inmiddels al een paar keer gegeten hier. Super vriendelijk personeel en het eten is er enorm goed. De porties zijn goed qua hoeveelheid en de bijgerechten smaken lekker. Wat mij opvalt is de smaak-prijs verhouding. Je betaald er niet veel, maar de hoeveelheid en de kwaliteit van het eten is enorm goed. Ik ga hier in de toekomst nog vaker eten. Een aanwinst voor Elburg!

We had a bite to eat here before walking off into the sunset to the harbour (impatiently) waiting for Sinterklaas to arrive! {Am still a big kid at heart !}It was very cold outside and the little town was getting busier by the minute, so we stopped off here at De Haas for a while to warm up and more importantly, to devour a couple of kroketten each and drink a pils or two. This place is full of atmosphere, with beautiful old stucco ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers. The service too was excellent and the lady who served us was lovely!Excellent all round!

We have been here before. But again, quality of the food was very decent. the side dishes are simple, french fries and some vegetable. But main dishes are good. We had a tournedos which was grilled excellent, and a Dutch flat fish called 'tongschar', which was very good too. This is a restaurant where you can also choose just a main dish and eat enough. However, the icecreams are very nice too(:

Met een super bediening van Jacqueline, Mirjam en Charlotte is dit restaurant en terras zeer de moeite waard. Simpele maar goede kaart waarbij het visduo en de zeebaars echt aanbevelingswaardig zijn. Lekker glas Chardonnay en goed gezelschap maakt dit restaurant dat gelegen is aan de jachthaven en het strand van het Veluwemeer een plek om te onthouden.

To finish our midweek short trip in Gelderland we chose for De Basiliek because they has a nice offer with Heerlijk.nl.A 5 dish lunch which was enjoyed with an excellent Viognier. All dishes were something special. They first appearance is beautiful. The first taste is nothing special, but when you combine its ingredients it appears that the chef knows what he is doing. Complex taste and beautiful presentation is a trademark for this restaurant. Only point of criticism is that the portions are too small......but do not let you be withhold to go over here, because they may be small but are certainly outstanding at a very reasonable price .... as long as it lasts. ( eur. 39,50)

High quality restaurant!!, I ate a series of four dishes, each one from a different world of tastes. Waitress explained how to eat the dishes properly so the tastes would be in sync, wonderful experience of tastes in the mouth!It could be felt that the ingredients the food were made of are of top notch freshness and quality. The wine steward recommended a wonderful wine to drink.. the wine was exceptional as well... very rich taste which can't be experienced in mediocre wines!Thank you for an awesome service and experience! We had a lunch with some friends, it was during the kerst in Elburg event. Very busy, also in the restaurant. Therefore the lunch menu was simple, not too many choices and no special meals. A bit disappointing because we had been before in this restaurant. Service was ok. Will try another time when it is not so busy
