If you can get past the neon light and the rather strange decor, you'll find a place with incredibly friendly staff, fantastic freshly cooked food and a relaxing atmosphere. We were very pleased to stumble across this restaurant and if we were back in Argeles-Gazost we'd have no problem coming back for more.

Beautiful views from terrace of restaurant where we had coffee. Good wine choice reasonably priced. Chef comes out and goes through your dishes. Bread basket comes around with alarming frequency. Would have given five stars but were not offered an apéritif before looking at menu and whilst all the dishes were very well cooked and presented the experience didn't live up to expectations which was disappointing. The pre-dessert palate cleanser which was a violet milk and ice-cream confection was the best part of the meal. Sublime. reasonably priced.

Regional plates cooked with fresh , local and seasonal ingredients. Servers are friendly and always try to help. The building is a renewed farm and its views from the terrace are the stunning pyrenees. The best they have is the fondat de chocolat!

We ate here last night after watching the Tour de France. It was very busy but the service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The food was the best we have had during our holiday in the Pyrenees. The menu includes pizzas, salads, crepes and also traditional meals. I had roast duck with chips and salad and it was perfect. Come and have a meal here if you get the chance!

This restaurant only opened a week ago under new management. Sitting outside under a cloudless blue sky looking over snow-covered mountain tops, we were greeted warmly by the owner who ensured that the large parasols were placed to give us maximum shade and comfort. We were offered the choice of Menu of the Day at a maximum price of 16⬠per person or we could have pushed the boat out with more expensive menus. There was also the opportunity to choose 2 or 3 combinations of choices. It was explained in detail what each course was comprised of, and then having ordered a beer we were left to make our choices. Starters were a mixture of chopped tomatoes with mint, garlic and a dressing with a side salad of watercress. The main course was a sort of veal stew with potatoes, and the dessert was a delicious concoction of rhubarb, fromage frais, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and meringue, beautifully served.

One of our group did a lunch time reconnaissance and said it was excellent. So then the whole group reserved for dinner. The 31 euro menu was fabulous. The extra cheese course was a hit. The chef is in and out of the restaurant and obviously loves his job. The kitchen is an extension of the restaurant and runs like a well oiled machine. For our final night in AG we returned to enjoy the 39 euro menu which didn't disappoint. Would highly recommend this restaurant to those who enjoy good food / wine and the theatre of the kitchen.

Went with friends for a simple lunch. For 12 euros, the lunch was OK. Nothing special, but a good price.

The tuna main course served with peas, was excellent. Prepared just right (not over cooked). Bread was delicious. The appetizer of vegetable wraps, sushi style tuna squares, and tiny tomatoes was also well presented and good. Service was very efficient and friendly. Wine list was a little disappointing for us but the hostess was knowledgeable and suggested a very good Gascogne white. Good value.

Elegance is the word of the day at 'Le Parc', the BEST WESTERN Beausejour Hotel restaurant. Its sand and claret-coloured table cloths, immaculate service, cuisine based on fresh local produce and its enormous picture windows overlooking the Pyrenees make
We decided to try the restaurant given the reviews seen on TripAdvisor. It was a disappointing experience. I tried the French onion soup and it tasted diluted with none of the taste one associates with it. A small dollop of cheese sitting on top of a huge mound of croutons. First time I have seen this version in France! My duck confit was nothing to rave over either. It Was dry.Dear Hilda, We would like to thank you for sending your comments about your recent visit to our restaurant. We truly value all feedback and I sincerely apologise that you were not entirely satisfied with your recent experience.
