Friendly and fast service on a Sunday for a late lunch. Adobo chicken and pork was excellent - tender and juicy meats with home-cooked adobo seasonings and presentation. Rice was perfectly executed and the deconstructed presentation of the classic eggplant salad was the winner. We will definitely go back to try more menu items.

Excellent Affordable Filipino comfort food. 15 min wait time for the food for party of 7 adults and 2 kids. Garlic rice is perfect. Went on a Sunday The venue is okay..busy and a little noisy. Our server is okay a little rough on the edges. He give us the menu book and left, did not explain the menu probably because we are Filipino but still....ordered the Bilao good for 6 people for $89.99 which includes soup and desserts and we still have tons of leftovers....ordered kare-kare (peanut soup base) and taste very good. Overall excellent food taste minus the service and venue.

Visited this Filipino restaurant in San Bruno a few weeks back with family before going to SF Airport. The venue was clean and simply decorated. Food tasted great, served in good portions for sharing. We ordered vegetables, fish, chicken and crispy pata which was such a delight, so succulent and tasty! The waiter has good customer service and has explained to us about their speciality. Good food and experience indeed.

Cabelan is a Filipino buffet style restaurant. The interior is nicely decorated. Definitely, one of the prettier Filipino restaurants that I have ever been inside. Service is pretty good. They did a fine job of keeping the food fresh the Sunday that we dined there. For the price, the buffet is worth it. All of the food tasted decent. Crispy Pata, Fried Chicken, and Cebu Style Lechon were a bit of a let down. Maybe expectations were a bit too high. I tried just about everything. The Kare Kare was my favorite entree. The Biko was a yummy dessert. If you are getting family together for a mini reunion, then Cabelan is a good choice to dine at. Not the finest Filipino restaurant, but still good.

The Best Filipino Restaurant, Bar & Banquet located in South San Francisco, CA, USA. We offer lunch buffet, Sunday Brunch, ala-Carte for dinner.
For a Good-bye lunch, my long-time friends suggested we celebrate at Fort McKinley Restaurant. We had not seen one another in person in 18 years, so we reconnected while having a delicious lunch of Filipino dishes. In buffet style presentation, one pays per person. Dessert is included.
