This place was a let down. Don't let their clean cut logo fool you. Their pizzas, salads, and sandwiches are all the same thing with different modes of transportation to your mouth... The buffalo chicken comes in a pizza, a sandwich, and a salad. Same with the other options. When we cane in on a Saturday night to the Midvale location, a bunch of disengaged grumpy teenagers were working the entire store. We were the only ones to order for about 15 minutes, but it still took them a good 30 minutes to get our food out. When it came out, my pizza was sopping with grease and the blue cheese was overkill. The burger my boyfriend got was decent, but nothing you can't find anywhere else. Tables were dirty and in quite disarray, with 5 chairs at a two seater table and no chairs at other tables. We watched a teenager "bus" and clean another table...he just flung all the crumbs haphazardly off the table and onto the bench. There was not a single thanks for coming in or show of gratitude for your patronage-despite this location sitting in the middle of a dozen other restaurants. In all, this place is a one and done. I'd never go back.
Where to eat Pub food in West Jordan: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I'm guessing this location is new since I'm the first reviewer? We visit a lot of Jimmy John's while traveling around Utah for youth sports. We often grab Jimmy Johns because they are fast (most locations) and consistent, and offer an "unwhich" for our Gluten Free peeps. This location is not the easiest to get in and out of, and it has no drive thru which is my preference when stopping for a quick sandwich, but the customer service here was amazing! You never find customer service at fast food places like this anymore. The staff was over the top helpful and cheerful. My order was fast and correct! Great job. It was much appreciated!
The boneless wings are absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the teriyaki, garlic Parmesan, mild wings, and barbecue wings. We really liked the garlic Parmesan and BBQ wings. Classic wings were OK. The things that disappointed were the Tables were dirty. And it took OVER 35 minutes to get our meal. Also our fries look like the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. However the cashier was very nice and the wings were delicious.
The food here is good for a fast food chain. The drinks could use a little more variety for the people like me who do not do carbonation.Fruit punch would be nice If you like bagels you need to try the bagel dogs they are GREAT. Good vaule

I haven't been to an In-N-Out Burger in years - as in probably more than 15 years - when living in Texas, so this might as well be a first reaction to a new fast-food restaurant.I selected this restaurant by location, due to an appointment nearby. I ordered a simple hamburger, after asking what they put on them. They were quite helpful in indicating that something could be added or subtracted, so I took it to the next level and asked if they could leave off the bun and provide a fork. Absolutely was the answer, and would I prefer the protein wrap - hamburger wrapped in lettuce rather than on a bun! Wow! OK, I will note that I'm new to this ketogenic/high protein diet thing; perhaps other restaurants are equally as accommodating, I wouldn't know at this point in time. But a drive-through? I was thoroughly amazed. My impression continued to improve when I was asked if I wanted to eat it in my car. At first, found that an odd question considering that I was in the drive-through, but I quickly discovered if you are eating in your car, you get a nice little placemat and the items are served in an open-top box for ease of access. Another Wow!The hamburger was delicious, not overly huge in size, but nicely wrapped up in lettuce with the same paper wrappers around that they probably use for the ones in buns. Helpful with orders. Nice presentation. Easy to eat. Easy to access. If I find one of these closer to home, I will surely give it a try.
Was in town on business, coworkers who live here told me I had to try this place. We all went there for lunch and it was excellent. Lunch counter style serving and then you go find a table to sit at. Hawaiian themed food. Barbecue chicken, sliced steak, pineapple and teriyaki type sauces. Really good choice and was very happy with the quantity of food I got.Wasn't terribly expensive, I think my meal came to 12 bucks including drink. Thanks for the 5-star! We're glad you left full and happy! We hope you come back to town soon, so we can serve you again.

Love the inviting colorful atmosphere of this diner! I love the layout of the place- just looks like a fun place to bring a family. Our burgers and onion rings were good, for a good price. The frozen custard was hard. I imagine someone is getting strong back there scooping it. The only suggestion I have for the staff is to clean the floors moreâseemed a bit sticky in places.
