Rosa's is great, you can go in and sit down or go through the drive through. It's fast food, but not. They have real plates and silverware but you order through a line. The queso is fantastic and the flour tortillas are made in house. Make sure you order extra flour tortillas, trust me! They're that good!

Tried the new fish sandwich. This was on an ad on TV recently. The bread is a tasty Cibata roll. The fish and the sauce with the roll were just great. Also tried the hand battered onion rings. These are also a delight. It is a nice change to get fresh onion rings. I am sure there are many other great items to choose. I just can't get off the fish sandwich and try them.

I usually call ahead and get an order to go. The wait time at lunch is a little longer than I prefer, but the sandwiches are hot and delicious! Easy to find and lots of parking.

We travel Central Texas a lot and have enjoyed other Steak and Shake restaurants several times. Tried this one - attached to a Shell Gas Station - yesterday. Burgers were greasy, cheese tasted like imitation or cheese food. Fries were okay, but food actually made me sick this morning. Will NOT be going back here!!!
