Bigger portion than a sit-down restaurant at a reasonable price. Taste was never compromised despite being a food truck. Service was much faster than the highly overrated Giovanniâs right next to it. One bit of warning: If you cannot handle an outdoor seating with flies, birds, and a rooster lurking around for bits of your food, I would not recommend this place (or any of the famous food trucks). My wife was in panic by the time the food came out, we had to drive to a nearby strip mall and eat in our car with windows rolled up and AC going. But, the tasty food made it all worthwhile.
So good and refreshing and so tasty! Their menu was thorough and reasonably priced. Try their plantation tea extra sweet very refreshing. :)

L&L is a large chain offering Hawaiian Plate Lunches. Being a frequent visitor to the islands and sampling a wide variety of plate lunch places, I visited this L&L on Oahu's North Shore. The place looks like a real hole in the wall but locals were inside so I tried the Kalbi Short Ribs mini-plate lunch. Considering the $7.95 price, I thought the food was excellent - the macaroni had a great flavor, a scoop of rice and 2 ribs were more than filling for lunch. This isn't fine dining, but I think you would be hard pressed to get an equally filling lunch at McDonalds for that price.
