Not a stand alone restauant, no drive up service. Busy place with long lines at lunch. Very good, typical Chik-fil-A food. We like the excellent Southwestern salads.

The restaurant literally does not appear to welcome foot trafic or eat-in customers ... they offer fast, free delivery of an extensive menu. We order from them once per week, and several others in our office do the same -- you can always count on the food to be hot and delicious. I like the Chicken in Garlic Sauce (#22) lunch special for $6.75.
Itâs a 2nd largest power outage in Virginiaâs history. On the first day of the long power blackout in early March 2018, while most places were out of power, including the street lights, businesses, residential areas, Restaurants, etc., without any hot foods at home, I was able to find this fast food restaurant for a nice hot burger. Assuming the restaurant has good power generator to keep it open at all time as advertised.
The ordering went as normal. The sandwich making process is where things almost went wrong. One of the guys making sandwiches was able to keep track of what was going on and and was attempting to keep the other people on track. The guy that was wrapping and handing out the sandwiches was lost. So lost. At one point the in-control-guy had to stop everything and help the others sort out a pile of sandwiches to the customers. Our sandwiches almost went to a family that had ordered a half dozen sandwiches. The guy saved our order. There were no napkins readily available... the guy handing out the sandwiches was so lost looking that we did not bother asking him for napkins. The sandwiches were the usual good jimmy john's.
